Gayle Jervis: When my granddaughter was born, I decided to choose special picture books for each month of her first year. When I read this book, I knew I had to buy a copy of this lovely story that is beautifully illustrated and for it to be one of the twelve picture books for her.

Barb Chrysler: The illustrations were fantastic I loved the vibrant colours. Whereever you go provided a cute message about traveling through life and will be of interest for young children and older children, teens and young adults graduating.

J.Boon: This is a well-executed book, written in rhyme, and there's no doubt the author has talent. But I can't help thinking this is a rip off off of Dr Seuss's "The Places You'll Go." It's my opinion that the award-winning illustrator has brought more to the table in "Wherever You Go."
The inside cover says "Join an adventurous rabbit and his animal friends as the journey over steep mountain peaks, through bustling cityscapes.....to discover the magical worlds that await them just outside their door." The text, however, doesn't allude to rabbit and his friends, which is such a shame because it might have been stronger if it had. Instead the pictures paint the animals.
All in all a pleasant book to read once or twice but it's not one my son keeps asking for.
