Nina: Great advice on how to entertain in a casual yet classy way. The quality of the edge to edge photo printing and book materials used is impressive. The photos make me want to sell everything and move to the woods, live in a cabin and make healthy and beautiful food. Had to buy two other cookbooks from this author. Everyone that sees these in my home can't seem to put them down.

Linn Ahlman Dahlquist: Ordered a bunch of new cookbooks as I needed some new inspiration in the kitchen! Read about this one online (as i did some research before hand) this came highly recommended! I love doing hummus at home (cheap, healthy and so much tastier than most of the store bought canola heavy crap version that are out there) and this book comes with a variety of bean dips and other versions of dips similar to hummus! Loved by me and my boyfriend! Recommend it!
Lacking in recipes for everyday simple weekday meals, in my mind. But will try a few and will definitely make some of the dressings and other basic recipes that was in the book!

NoeliaNoelia: I'm not very fond of cooking books, they always have complicated recipes and many hard to find ingredients. This book is completely the opposite, plus the pictures and the way is edited is so beautiful! Is always open on my kitchen counter, and I've tried a few recipes already and can't wait to make more!

Jennifer GuerreroJennifer Guerrero: This book is a fantastic celebration of produce. The recipes are minimalistic, perfect for when you feel like a breezy time in the kitchen. Beautiful, colorful dishes with the ingredients and instructions set right over the photographs in a whimsical font like you see on the cover. The design aesthetics are phenomenal. The ingredients are all readily available at the average grocer. Totally recommend!

1) Apricot Bites – p 34. Delicious, simple, pretty. And just moments to pull together.
2) Orange Avocado Salad – p 106. The contrast between the flavors of the sweet citrus and creamy avocado, along with the contrast in colors, is fantasic.
3) Nectarine Tomato Salad – p 108. The sweetness of the nectarines, the earthiness of the tomatoes, and the sharpness of the onion are perfectly punctuated by the feta, pecans, mint, and basil.
4) Polenta Portobellos – p 176. Garlicky roasted portobellos with polenta with creamy goat cheese (I used garlic herb goat cheese because that’s what I had in the fridge), and topped with caramelized brussels sprouts and onions. Oh heck yes! This one’s my favorite so far. Twenty minutes to total...

Lucy: This is the most beautiful cookbook I've ever owned and I absolutely love it! The recipes and ingredients are simple and easy. The layout is amazing; so many pictures of both the ingredients and finished products! I've only made a few recipes but I've loved them and cannot wait to work my way through! My only concern is that there aren't yields with all recipes so it's hard to gauge how much I'll get for some although that will be easy to note upon making those recipes!
