Would not recommend. Trying to vacuum the stairs was difficult. There's nothing to really hold on to when the wand is disconnected & the canister will pop of the base. The reusable filter tore after using it only 3 times. The canister also doesn't seal well easily. So after emptying the canister, you have to repeatedly repeat it. If you don't get it set just right, there is no suction & the bristle bar won't turn.

I vacuumed three times a week I do have dogs. This product has defective Parts as the belt has stopped working after about 15 minutes. I will throw it away and buy something else
