I bought this in Aug 2021 and it broke within a couple months. They replaced it which was great but now just over 2 years, the hose has snapped off.

I clean houses & need something that I can lift in & out of my car easily. This is lightweight & works great. I really like that the handle can be taken off so that it makes it easier to get in & out of the car. It is easy to dump the canister & easy to wash & keep clean, it has been a good investment for me, very happy with it!

First of all it was easy to asemble, suction is good (I have carpets, I need very good suction).
On the negative side:
- the overall piece looks cheap, it might not last long
- the release button is not user friendly, I expect it will break soon
- the dilter is NOT as in the pictures, very disappointing
I had a Dirt Devil vacuum xleaner, and was strong and was excellent, but that model is out, they dont make it anymore. I am very dissappointed I did not get the same quality with this new purchase. This will make me go to other brands next time, for sure. ☹️

Here's what you need to know. I drank the kool-aid and purchased a $300 vacuum before Christmas, thinking it would live up to all of my magical expectations and somehow eradicate the inexplicable amount of dog hair in my home, let off by the fur bomb that is our jack russell/pug pup. I'm talking there is no end to the marvel that is the ratio of shed to dog. Within MINUTES, first use, this ritzy piece of crap lost suction, squirted water all over my rug, and caused a bit of a verbal kerfuffle from the operator. I was crushed. I don't pay exorbitant amounts of money on really anything, and here I've just wasted $300 and my house is still starting to look like Harry's dog van from Dumb and Dumber. Defeated and determined to never buy an expensive vacuum again, I ordered this baby. First use, I had to empty the bin TWICE just from going over our area rug in our living room. This vacuum is a work horse and is used at least twice a week in our home just because I love it so. With this one dog alone, I've had 2 dysons, a rumba, a $300 wet/vac piece of junk, and none of them compare to this fine piece of interior sterilizing goodness.

My wife has used an older dirt devil for several years until the motor started stinking when we ran it. we decided to buy another dirt devil because of the good service we got from the first one. the new one is ok but it is made very cheaply. their quality from the old one to the new one has really went downhill. it sucks ok and runs ok but the quality is not there. and the cannister is a little devil to get loose when its time to clean it. My wife cant do it, she has to get me to. It may run good for years but if i had seen it in person before i bought it, i would have left it at the store.
