Michael Wiseman: The pump fit a standard plastic five gallon gas with no problem. The flow rate on it is decent. Easy to control. Be warned, it has no automatic shutoff, so pay attention when you're filling something up. I was so impressed with the unit that I ordered another one for my kerosene can.

Robert S.: Full disclosure: we use our grocery store bonus points to get discounts on gasoline. We're allowed 25 gallons per fill, only one vehicle. Many people fill a car and then one or more additional gas cans for use with their lawn mowers or to fill another vehicle. We do the latter, putting 15 gallons into a car and 5 gallons into each of two additional containers. When gassing the other car, I was lifting the can, but it's heavy and sometimes there are leaks around the nozzle, yuck.

Got this pump to use to avoid lifting and cut down on leaks or drips. Works as expected. This would be a 5 star review if the pump did a little better job of getting all of the gas out of the bottom of the can, but leaving a little is unavoidable.

A Forget: This pump works well for me, pumping gaz out from 20 liters container to my motocycle, ATV and lawn tractor. However, this plastic from the hose looks a bit cheap.

Shoptiludrop: Bought this to fill our Seadoos without spilling any gas on the boats or, more importantly, in the lake. Good little pump—did a 5 gallon can in about 5 minutes, so decent regarding speed. Would have given 5 stars if there was an easy way to drain the hose once done. Be careful when pulling out the hose to ensure all gas is out otherwise you’ll have no up with drippage.

Don in Rockland: Works well but there is a VERY strong gas smell because it doesn't seal properly with the gas can. Not as universal a fit as I was hoping. Will try another gas can but defeats the purpose a bit.
