ZachZach: If you bought 6 gal dry/wet vac from Costco with part number DXV06pl, THIS WILL NOT FIT. This filter is twice the size of the original one. I was able to make it work but drilling a 1/4” hole at the bottom of the float cage and inserting a 1/4”x 2-1/2” carriage bolt just shy if 3/4” deep. After that, filter will lock in place as usual.
