Elle est très facile à utiliser et à nettoyer. La température n'est pas ajustable mais celle-ci nous conviens très bien. Bac d'eau et de lait facile à remplir et nettoyer.

Je recommande vivement.

J in Toronto: I purchased this espresso machine a few years ago and it still works perfectly today. I use it every day and is definitely worth the money. The machine automatically cleans after every use, which is great. A few times a year, you have to add a cleaning product and takes about 20mins to run through the cleaning cycle. If you take care of this item, it will last. Makes a delicious coffee (with the right beans!).

Meilleur café d'une machine automatique que j'ai bu à date. Les réservoirs d'eau et de lait sont bien pensé. Le café et le lait sont rapides et très chaud. Les nettoyages faciles et bien expliqué. Je vais en acheter une 2e pour le bureau. Je vais être le meilleur patron😎

Michelle L. Phippard: Waited several months to review. Really happy with the purchase. It makes great coffee and it has been easy to maintain. I love that it self cleans and I only need to wipe it down and run the descaling process every few weeks. This was an expensive purchase but will quickly pay for itself in replacement of the daily trips to the coffee shop.

My original machine did not work correctly. The milk attachment was not working. I called the support line and had a great experience. They hopped on a video call and within 20 minutes declared I should just get a new machine sent and created an RMA. The process was all very simple since I still had all the original packaging. It did take longer than I would have liked to receive the replacement but it was not a hassle other than the wait. I do think Delonghi could do better here. They did such a great job with the hard part .. which is the human support to then sort of fail on the parts that ought to be automated and fast is a bit disappointing. I am not docking them at all though because the support was still good.

R. Walsworth: Late arriving Christmas gift, due to nothing related to the product. I'll save that story for my review of the seller. I've used it many times weekly for about a month, now. This cappuccino maker is amazing and worth the price. The milk frother has been designed by a genius as every drink is produced with a lovely, frothy, substantial layer of crema, an essential ingredient for a quality cappuccino. In addition, the espresso portion of the drink arrives into the cup smoking hot, and is not cooled significantly by the crema layer. You can not guzzle a drink produced by this machine, as it is too hot to drink faster than a sip at a time. The parts that need cleaning periodically come off easily, clean up quickly, and go back together seamlessly, time after time. If I had to come up with a complaint, it would be that I need to keep a cup under the drink nozzles at all times. When the machine turns on and gets itself ready to make a drink, it dispenses some water most likely, I suspect, to get hot water out to the nozzle. Then, after making a drink with crema, the machine insists on cleaning the milk outflow opening, again with water. You can not bypass this step, even if you are...
