Suzanne Huguley: I am on a Keri’s diet and eat a few of these as a dessert or when I am craving something sweet. When ai eat them, I take out just the amount I am allowed and put it in a bowl or plate, then zip the bag backup and put it away. I take my plate/bowl with a tall glass of water and go sit somewhere away from the kitchen & cabinet that I keep them in. I am careful to eat slowly savoring every morsel and drink my water. I do this because it is so delicious that if I ate it in the kitchen with the bag nearby and open I am sure I wojuld eat the whole bag in one sitting, LOL.

S. Tam: Hard to satisfy a sweet tooth when cutting out sugar and carbs. This really hits the spot. Does have a bit of a cooling effect in your mouth due to the artificial sugar - but very tasty. Will order another bag.
