Linda: I was impressed that these chews work so well....my huskies liked them and it helped them to be calmer around other animals and sleep better.

Christina: These smell absolutely horrible! I can't say if they work or not because I can't get my dog to eat them. I've tried disguising them in food or with egg or cheese, etc. He takes it, eats the good stuff and spits out this whole. When I give it to him he actually makes an eww! Face. If I can't figure out a way for him to eat it then I won't be buying again.

gracie: Lots of folks seem negative about the smell. But humans and dogs view smells differently....sniffing butts and poops - I don't think they care much about the smell. As an herbalist, i know that anything with valerian in it smells horrible. To humans. I've taken it as a sleep aid, and it really smells disgusting as a medicinal tea. My dog loves the taste of these treats. If your dog is picky or suspicious, these crumble easily and cleanly on top of their food. I would guess they ease pain. And I think they absorb better if the dog doesn't swallor it whole. My dog is a hyper little corgi-mix puppy. He gets one in the morning and one an hour or two before bedtime, if he's hyper. He sleeps like a happy puppy in his crate. He puts himself to bed at night when the treat kicks in. He has no anxiety, so i don't know how it works for that. But it settles him down nicely so that he's not bouncing off the walls, chasing and mouthing all day.

Jesse: I was hesitant to buy this product, it was for my 18 week Goldendoodle started being unsettled in her crate at night taking more than 20 minutes to settle. Her weight was 18 lb so I gave her one and cut it up with a few other treats and put it in her snuffle round toy. I gave it to her half hour before putting her down for the night this works great for her without even a peep. Check with my vet and you said it's no problem giving her this it's mainly hemp and other natural products. Works for my dog so far. Would purchase again.

HMohHMoh: Bought these chews to calm my dog down as he is unfriendly and aggressive towards other dogs in the way that he charges and barks towards them. With these chews I've noticed him being much more calm and not bark as much anymore. He also is a little more calm during loud noises and thunderstorms. I would say overall he seems to be more laid back in a good way. đź‘Ť will purchase again

Terri: I have an Aussie shepherd, Aussie x, and a Corgi/Heeler/Pyrenees. I got them for the Aussie as he has very high anxiety.... he wont eat the these. lol However the other two love them and will gladly eat them. Although they do not experience the same level of anxiety the Auss, they do get really rambunctious sometimes and the Corgi x can be very vocal... A LOT. I have given the two that will eat the treats a dose each on different days. They did seem calmer and not so excitable. Which is nice for quiet time in the evening. So far so good. However..... they are not working for the purpose I bough them which was to help calm my Aussie's anxiety. I may try to wrap the "treat" in cheese or something to see if he will eat it then??

Jennifer: Though it seems to work as advertised its really gonna depend if you can get your dog to eat it. The stuff smells atrocious and my dogs who will eat absolutely anything dont want anything to do with it unless I completely cover in peanutbutter. A slightly picky dog wont come near the stuff Im sure tho. The smell lingers on your hands after touching it, I cannot stress how aweful it smells kind of like a house that has a ton of indoor cats and no litterbox bad. Gonna need something under your nose to mask the scent before opening it. If you have a weak stomach just dont even try. Eye watering, gut wrenching horrible.

K. Jones: These chews are amazing. Our 15 year old golden doodle was keeping himself and everyone else up all night. He was spinning and panting and pacing and couldn’t settle down. None of us were getting any rest.

Then we bought these chews. We give him two of before bedtime and now he sleeps soundly through the night. No more panting and spinning. They are miraculous.

We occasionally give him a couple during the day if he is stressed out from thunder or just anxious. They help so much to calm him.

The only negative is they smell horrible. At first he wouldn’t eat them, but we just wrapped a treat around them. Now now he takes them happily. As a matter of fact, he comes to us about a half an hour before bedtime to take his chews. He obviously loves them and we love what they do for him. I can’t say enough about how they have literally changed his life and ours.

I’m so glad we found them.

DianaDiana: The media could not be loaded.  We had a 13 hour trip w/2 fur babies. Fur baby #1 is a 15 yo 4lb Chorkie. Yet still runs 100 mph between front & back seat as well as every window the entire trip. Also gets VERY MOODY on long rides. Fur baby#2 is a 5 year old Boxer. Whom gets very anxious on long trips. Mainly due to the moody Chorkie taking over the entire back seat not allowing my poor Boxer to do anything but sit up the entire trip. So this year, after last year's trip went from 13 hours to almost 24 due to VERY ANXIOUS & MOODY dogs. I did some research for days..Came across this. Researched some more. For I'm very picky on what goes into my dogs bodies. I ordered it, it arrived the next day..Which was perfect for we were 3 days away from leaving,so now I can try it first. Well lemme tell you! It calmed my 100mph Chorkie WAY down. He did not appear drugged either. Just a normal, finally chill dog. Tried it on the Boxer and she was out for the night. Lol So long story short . It did EXACTLY what we needed it to do for our extremely long ride. Knocked both dogs out. It's felt like we had a dog sitter. The ride was very peaceful. The fur babies seemed very rested and...

Mark: I will admit, I was skeptical. First, advertising melatonin as calming ingredient in my mind is bogus. I know from years of giving it to my dog for skin irritations, melatonin does not have the same calming affect on dogs as people. That said, after the vet said our dog's licking of paws was not because of allergies, but more than likely anxiety, I thought what the heck. I decided to give these treats a try. And, I was surprised with the effectiveness. I've been using the treats for the last month. Even at well below the recommended dose, I've found our dog licks less at his paws. I give him only half the recommended dose and only 2-3 times a week, as I see him maybe wanting to revert back to paw-licking. I've tried to give the treats to our dogs 30 minutes before an at-home movie night, and it doesn't seem to necessarily calm them down. The best way to get a calm dog before a movie is to go for a walk right before and tire them out. But, the benefit we get from these treats to stop the licking is worth it.
