Amazon Customer: I gave the last book five stars but didn't leave a review. I think this one merits a few words. For a while the MC was getting to be the strongest individual around after he got over his initial shock at his world being integrated into the multiverse and embraced the leveling aspect but several new, even more powerful, forces have been introduced and it's becoming a real question if Zac can become strong enough to defend his home.
Especially as two of those forces, the Undead Empire and Church of Everlasting Dao, have temporarily allied to take him down and have the eventual goal of conqueing earth as they are part of the wave of invasions that took place in the first book.
The MC singlehandedly closed several incursions, the bases of invading forces, in this book but I'm curious as to how exactly he cracks the remaining nuts.

Joseph Strelow: The writer has clearly kept improving over each novel, and this is their best yet. Still not top-tier, but not almost-unreadable either. As long as they keep improving in this fashion, this series will end up being a very worthwhile read.

kaitlin: This series continues to amaze me and keep me glued to the pages. Character development is great, and storytelling is amazing.

Tom P: Zach smash, then smash again and again.
One of the few OP MCs who is also under powered. A nice mix that leads to a big fish small pond situation.
In this one Zach really finds out how small potatoes he is, but discovers that he might be able to become big potatoes with the assistance from a bigger potato. Tom out

Nikhil: Zac has had a not so smooth sailing like the past and it is a refreshing change even though he is pretty OP. Story chugs along quite nicely and the novel length could be a bit shorter without affecting story quality or overall world building. Looking forward to reading the next in the series as always.

Steven: It's well written with few mistakes. There were only a couple times where I had to re read passages to clarify what was going on. The character is still interesting and consistent, although has slid back a bit on some of his growth. Not sure if that is intentional or not yet. The world is still great, it feels so alive, one of the few series where, even though MC is the center of the current action, he still feels like a small part of a wider world. Only real gripe is where he chooses to end this book, it felt like a pretty arbitrary point, not on a high point or conclusion.

André: One of my favorite series. Love the MC and the story.
The only thing I dislike about this one is that it makes you wish the next one would be out already!
It will be a long wait...

Peter Biela: This book is a worthy part of the series.
The same quick pacing and build-up of the main story arc continues.
Whoever enjoyed the first three books will not be disappointed. The story focuses mainly on Zac's progress. Other chapters drive the tempo and add tensions.
Of course, the Zac is still OP, but hey, that's what we came here for.
Looking forward to the fifth installment and hopefully a great to some arcs.
