Tried the Breville and decided to do some shopping for at home espresso machines. I compared the two machines, and figured I’d give this a go!

Quick set-up, I was able to attempt and have pretty good results of my first espresso shot within 15 minutes of unboxing this machine! Since then the shots pulled just keep getting better with experience! The book/online offer help with what you want settings/adjustments to be, grab yourself your favorite espresso bean blend and make some great coffee from home!

Everything works great, I’d suggest a better tamper that’s maybe more fancy/easier but overall it is 5/5 stars! Worth the $$.

David Bradshaw: Got this machine on a random sale and love it! I was debating between Breville and Delhongi. This one has worked perfectly. The grinder is great (although sometimes need to use my finger to push some beans downward to get to the grind). The grinder has worked great and the included tapper and everything makes this easy to use. The pressure is good and I love this espresso machine. I am def not a pro at this stuff; but I like doing it and love making lattes and this saves me a lot of money. The frother also works perfectly and the included milk holder was nice. This purchase literally had everything you need. It also had stuff to test my water hardness and stuff which was cool. Highly recommend this machine for making lattes at home and saving some money.

Sagarneel Dubey: Writing the review after using it for the past 6 months. It is my first espresso machine and I am so far satisfied with the espresso quality and the milk frother. However the grinder seemed a bit inconsistent from the beginning and unfortunately it broke completely a couple of weeks back.

Somehow the beans are getting stuck and when I called customer care they asked me to vacuum the grinder, which didn't help. It is nearly impossible and possibly warranty voiding if I want to clean the grinder myself as it involves taking apart the machine. Also something to note - their customer care is very hard to get hold of. It has been over two weeks since I raised complain but no response from them about the recourse. Overall I would have recommended it if the grinder held up, but I would look at an espresso machine that is easy to clean and repair for future.

Amazon Customer: I purchased a De'Longhi La Specialista Espresso Machine EC9335M in 2021 and just had to replace it because of water problems. The price had gone up by $525 in two years. Not happy so went with this model. More manual than my last espresso machine but could not justify spending $1405 for two years of coffee.

Nice product. Seems sturdy. The pan was larger than I expected, which was a good thing. I have a yellow napped Amazon and she cannot get to the floor from this stand. All in all happy with my purchase.: Used daily for home use. No issues. Expensive but does not let you down. Better than cheap units.

Pierre: I purchased this coffee machine in December 2022. I was very excited about the performance and quality of the coffee.

In June 19, 2023, only 6 months after the purchase, when descaling the machine, something went wrong. I called the De’Longhi assistance line and the agent was able to verify the issue using my smartphone. She referred the case to their Group Customer Care. In June 28, I finally received a confirmation to the effect they will send me a box and label to initiate the repair.

On the 4th of July, I did received the box to send to the repair shop. I did everything as instructed; however, someone from De’Longhi forgot to send the label as well. I right away sent an email back to ask for the label and if they could send it by email for me to print it.

Today, is July 10th, and I haven’t heard back from them. I am still awaiting to send the machine to initiate the repair.

It has been 3 weeks since I could use my coffee machine not counting how long it will take before I get the label and finally get my coffee machine back. Another 3 weeks, 4 weeks 5 weeks or more…?

Amanda Hicks: I’ve been using this espresso maker for about a month now and it’s great. It’s easy to use, simple design, steam wand is fantastic. I guess the cons would be that the bean hopper is attached so not easy to clean, hard to know which setting to use (the dossing and grinding- however it still makes great espresso, just takes some trial and error to find your perfect setting) and the pitcher is very small- if you are going to making larger sized lattes you will need a larger one. Pretty minor cons in my opinion and I would definitely recommend this

Delonghi est une référence dans les machines à café expresso, lorsque j'ai vu ce modèle automatique avec plusieurs réglages pour l'intensité et sous les 1000$ j'ai décidé de l'acheter et je n'ai pas été déçu.

Facile à opérer même pour un amateur, le bac d'eau a l'arrière est suffisamment grand pour plusieurs café, le mouleur fonctionne très bien et le café est bien chaud.
La buse de vapeur pour le lait est merveilleuse elle bouge dans tous les sens et réchauffer le lait est rapide et efficace.

Tel que mentionné dans le livre d'instruction ça peut prendre quelques essais pour trouver le café parfait alors ma femme qui est très pointu sur la force du goût a réussi à trouver le siens assez rapidement car la double dose d'expresso qui se trouve déjà dans les réglages sur le devant avec la cup rempli au maximum et la température interne de l'eau chaude au minimum a suffit à la remplir de...
