De'Longhi BCO320T Combination Espresso & Drip Coffee Maker - Make Cafe-Quality Drinks at Home!

Jessie: I absolutely love this machine! It works flawlessly for either regular coffee or delicious lattes. The steam milk frothed works so quickly compared to my old Mr. Coffee espresso machine I couldn't believe it. In fact the whole steam system is far faster, my espresso is done in record time with this thing. The drip coffee works good too, though not really any better or worse than a regular drip machine. I will say that there isnt a way to pour a cup early without coffee getting everywhere. You have to wait for the whole pot to finish. But this really doesn't bother me, as I usually only make 1/2 a pot at a time, so not much of a wait. And the "aroma" function makes sure even a cup or 2 is really dark and flavorful, which is awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Teresa: were on our second one in less than a year...last one lasted less than a month...the coffee side just stopped working. we barely use it once a day for one cup....first one did the same ( maybe 7 months )
Its not the Amazon group...they have been amazing. They refunded our first purchase and got another ...this one died in a month.
We'll see what Delonghi Canada has to say ???

Sharon Vandenberg: This product in my opinion, is not user friendly. The pot spills while pouring. When Delonghi was contacted they said the spout is a "soft pour", whatever that means. But it is almost impossible to pour a cup of coffee without making a mess. Do not like this unit at all and would not recommend

Amazon Customer: Doesn't like a British plug being fitted, maybe because they use 110V in US.
It lit up briefly before stubbornly refusing to work.

Raquel Bennett: While the espresso maker works well and the coffee maker makes good coffe, the coffee carafe spills A LOT every time one pours a cuo of coffee. I had read comments to this effect but never thought it would be this bad, The other De Longhi coffee carafe we had tended to spill a little, but this one is amazingly bad. It seems that the DeLonghi designers attempted to improve the problem with the older version but made it a lot worse instead.

I reviewed this product after our May 2013 purchase. We wrote to the company to complain about the leakingcoffee carafe and they sent a replacement, which works very well. So I must review my rating to at least four stars. For the price it is now an excellent combination coffee maker.

Jo: I use both sides of this unit almost everyday: I make iced lattes to take to work during the week, and use the drip side for brewing herbal teas for iced tea.

For the iced lattes, I use the espresso maker only (no frothing). The instruction manual says to line up the arrow on the coffee holder handle to the arrow on the unit just above it. It also wants you to run water through it without anything in the coffee holder four times before you use it for coffee. When you do that, hot water spits out as it comes through over the handle. I contacted DeLonghi support via email and received the typical automated email based on poor filters a few days later. When I responded for a better response from them, I received a response that said in order to help me, they needed specific information about me (my address, where I bought it, etc.) in order to help me, again, a few days later. By the time I got that email, I figured out that the handle needs to be pushed counterclockwise as far as it will go, which puts the entire handle past the arrow on the unit, in order to stop it from spitting. loripori: I saw mixed reviews on this product when I researched it as a birthday gift for my husband. The coffeemaker had finally blown a gasket (figuratively speaking) and rather than buy just a machine that made coffee, I decided to get one that also made espresso. He LOVES espresso and the machine we had died several years ago. This machine is substantial and makes a good cup of java. It has every feature you could want. It takes up quite a bit of room on the counter, so we had to reposition some things (it's bigger than it looks in this picture - so check the dimensions to be sure you have room), and it's heavy, so we don't do much sliding around to clean around it, but we think this speaks to its quality. This is a GREAT machine for the money. You won't be disappointed.

Damian: I bought the BCO320T combination machine made by Delonghi at the end of June, 2012. I bought it with a significant amount of doubt because my experience with other machines under $100 was not good. None of them worked exactly as adverized, especially on the espresso side, and none lasted more than one year. Although this Delonghi machine worked very well for three (3) months, by the end of September, it stopped making regular coffee and espresso. Nothing happened when trying to make regular coffee, and when the espresso side was turned on, you could hear the heating elements working but no hot water was processed through the machine.
My greatest fear had been realized, the quality of this machine is a zero. I followed protocol, notified DeLonghi, followed their instructions to get a new replacement machine. This communication and submittal of documents (I had to send them the power cord cut from the machine)took about three weeks. Soon thereafter Hurricane Sandy hit the East Coast and disrupted their shipping operation, plus the machine was on back order. I was just told I will receive the replacement machine in 7 - 10 days.
