Grace DGrace D: I am addicted to Starbucks’ egg bites so I bought this to try imitating them myself. The product is cheap but has a good quality. Design is simple and neat. Very easy to use and perfect for small-spaced kitchen. It has a good temp control that even if i was checking the egg bites and holding the lid with bare hands, I didn’t get burnt.
It will take roughly 10-15mins to cook fluffy and tasty egg bites. I highly recommend this.

Jen KimeryJen Kimery: I was very happy with the outcome of the egg I made for the breakfast sandwich (see photo). It takes a bit longer than I'd like to cook but having a fresh egg rather than one pre-cooked and in the fridge for later use is definitely worth it. Very compact, doesn't take up much counter space at all. Silicone cups are easy to clean so very little mess. Great product and exceptionally priced for the use it'll get.

LexiNYCLexiNYC: I just began using this little appliance and absolutely love it!

The first thing I made was a grilled cheese sandwich, which came out perfect - melted cheese on the inside and toasted bread on the outside. Yummy! Per the instructions, I used nonstick cooking spray on both surfaces, which made cleanup a breeze.

My second venture was egg bites, which came out fantastic. As other folks have mentioned, the cups are TINY. However, the egg bites are packed with protein and a little goes a long way. I used 3 eggs and added tomatoes, fresh herbs and grated cheese. The end result was 12 little egg bites that I'm storing in the fridge.

Per the instructions, fill up each cup about 75% since the eggs will expand as they cook. Similarly, Dash recommends spraying the silicone cups with some cooking spray, which makes them pop out with zero effort. Cleanup for the egg bite function is also fast and easy.

The appliance is small, cute and easy to use. It's perfect for feeding 1-2 people. If you need a higher capacity device, Dash makes a larger model that may be better suited for your needs.

The only reason why I"m deducting a star is the lack of an on/off...

NadiaNadia: Really excited to have this one. It has 4 small silicone forms (capacity of 2 large eggs + 2tbsp of eggs' whites), and 1 big silicone form perfect size for sandwich buns (same, capacity of 2 large eggs). Easily you can add cheese, meat, veggies.
When I saw reviews, I thought that small silicone forms are bigger, but in real they quite small.
I usually preheat the appliance for 2 mins, then add water and then put forms on it for ~12mins. And voila, enjoy health breakfast, snack or add-on.

Just make up your scrambled eggs pour them into the little silicone cups or choose the large one for breakfast sandwiches and add whatever else you want like cheese and bacon .. add a bit of water to the tray close it up and in less than 10 minutes you have perfect eggs.. no need to flip things and no burned eggs (unless you keep it in too long ) .. just don’t over fill the cups as the eggs do rise a bit

Super good I would definitely recommend it

ForeverYOUNG: Ok... Here is what I think about this ... In the end, it's not for me... but I try to be fair in my rating.
PROS:
-It baked scrambled egg mixture (I added a bit of cheese, green onions and about 1 tbls of 1/2 and 1/2) - NOTE: 2 eggs is two cooking cycles as it fills 7 cups - you can cook 4 mini cups or 1 big cup at a time. It did take about 11 minutes (10-12 is on the instructions) for each batch. Also - you should know the base will turn off and on several times during cooking - at first I thought it had died.
-I spritzed a tiny bit of olive oil in each mini cup and they popped right out
- Clean up was an easy wipe with a warm paper towel AFTER it had cooled off.
- I haven't tried the custard recipe.. but maybe this would be the best of this unit - because it would make little tiny custard or cheesecake bites - again tho, for 1 or 2.
CONS...
- Unless you're cooking for just one, it will take a very, very long time to get breakfast done.
- Cooking was a bit irregular in temp... the bite (mini cups) are about 2" in diameter and about 1/2" thick. A couple were not fully cooked inside - while others were very cooked.

Cattle Pillar: I thought this looked like a fun little gadget to have in the kitchen for when I don't want to bring the instant pot out to make huge batches of egg bites. However, it is way too small and takes too long to make it a worthwhile appliance for me. If I am already mixing up a batch of "sous vide" egg batter, it makes way more sense for me to use the instant pot to make them all at once as I found out.

I misjudged the time involved with cooking the egg bites and the size of each egg bite. You can only make 4 tiny little egg bites on this machine at a time, and they take 12 minutes to cook. I thought the egg bite mold size would be more like the size of the egg molds I have for the instant pot (ie bigger), and I thought they would cook in 5-7 minutes for some reason. Turns out that in the time that I can make 4 much smaller egg bites on this machine, I can be 3/4 through the cook time making much bigger and many more egg bites in my instant pot. If you have an instant pot, this little Dash will not be a valuable addition to your kitchen. Sadly, at the time I bought it, it was half the price of an instant pot so saving your money to get the real deal is a better way to spend your...
