When I tried it in a lighter weight paper it didn’t look as good, and the paper broke through on some of the graduation hats. So I definitely recommend using heavier papers for best result.

Adelina Doncheva: Ho acquistato un po' di embossing folders della Darice, sono di qualità, le dimensioni sono giusto per cartoline 10x14 c.a. Io le adoro tutte, ho allegato un paio di immagini di come le ho usate, si vede che funzionano perfettamente, consiglio di usarle su carta più spessa (da 200 GSM in su) altrimenti anziché fare la carta in rilievo si rischia di fare dei tagli, dato che le fustellatrici sono forti.

Clark Paton: I used this for a few graduation cards this year. The price was very reasonable (which is good, since it will get only limited use). It was greatly appreciated. The embossings worked well, and I highly recommend it. Get it early while it is even cheaper (I am writing this 2 months after purchase, and the price has gone down a dollar--a 20% reduction).
I embossed a piece of 4x5 cardstock (unfolded), and glued it onto the front of a blank card. I then glued on a couple of graduation-themed diecuts on top of this. Worked great.
