Mike Stewart: Have put through multiple cycles of rocks over last 3 weeks and broke my first belt today. Not sure if that is normal but it cam with extra belts so will see how long the next one lasts. Otherwise it's working as expected.

Mack O'Brien: We've been polishing rocks for about 8 months now, and enjoying the hobby immensely. But there was something odd about my order. The bottle for Grit #3 was unsealed, and half-empty. I believe this was a manufacturing error, as there would still be remnants of a seal if it had been used prior to this. As it contained 4/5 full bottles, that's the review I'd give. It's just a shame that we couldn't realize this until two weeks into our current project. Check your bottles, folks.

Especially if you're buying the tumbler for a gift you might want to order this too at the same time. Otherwise they will just get started and will run out of grit part way through their first project.
