Will Smith: I’ve used this ceramic tumbling media for a long time and my results are consistently excellent. Plastic media is nice for cushioning but I’ve found that you really need to keep it segregated by the grit it’s used with, while ceramic can go from grit to grit along with the tumbled stones.

Jayse Monte: Polly Plastic grits work great to polish stones in a tumbler. Make sure you buy the right tumbler and grit for the job; some tumblers are best for shining brass casings for reloading ammo and should not be used for stones as the bowl is not made sturdy enough...and some tumblers make stones go from plain to gorgeous! Grit makes all the difference. This brand is one of the very best that we’ve used.

I have had NO issues and ive done two batches now, these grits do an amazing job. I put as much as recommended, with a borax wash between each cycle, and my rocks come out gleaming. 10/10! Pictured rocks are dry!

FarmerFarmer: Most of these rocks are from my driveway lol. I can’t stop picking up interesting rocks now always looking down. Time is the key and washing your rocks throughly in between. I let mine go for 1 week per stage.
