Michelle: Good overall battery support for a reasonable price.

Mr N Buck: I'm using I for my synology DS918+. All I had to do was unpack it, read the instructions, prepare, plug in and switch on. The synology accepts it without a reboot. I'm only interested in safely powering down immediately a power outage happens but I tested and it works fine.

Dreygonfleye: I bought this in 2021 and now it's 2023 and it's still working. I bought this for my fish tank so when there's a power outage my timers don't get messed up and it's worked great. My power never goes out for more than a few mins.

David Da Silva: Cyberpower 550V-330w UPS is easy to set-up after charging. The battery/surge plugs & surge plugs are very nicely spaced for larger plugs. Using for a PC, and a Modem Wi-fi booster - so extra space was nice to have.

José Dlc: Aún no uso el banco de batería, lo compré para proteger el ps5. Hay que dejarlo cargando por 8 horas aprox antes de usarlo.

Paul Conyers: Similar features and performance to the higher priced 'brand names'
Great for lighter uses - like your internet gear or security/surveillance.

Remember the battery is only good for a few years (average of 3 or 4 for me)
So put a birthdate sticker on them and search for a decent source for replacement batteries ($60)

Georgia J: Keeps our WiFi on line when we have a power outage. Our home cell service signal strength from our provider is very weak, so we rely on WiFi calling. This makes sure we have voice communication during a power outage

Mark L.: I want to make something abundantly clear up front: This is NOT the UPS (for the uninitiated, that stands for Uninterruptible Power Supply, which is essentially a battery backup unit for whatever you plug into it) to buy for your desktop computer. Your desktop computer, screen and peripherals probably draw almost that much power combined when they're all in use, and the 350 volt-amps of output that this unit can supply will not run them very long, assuming the UPS doesn't just cut out as soon as the AC power fails. I wouldn't consider anything smaller than a 700VA UPS for a typical desktop computer setup. Besides that, this particular model lacks hardware and software to communicate with your computer and trigger an orderly shutdown when the battery power runs low.

However, this unit can be ideal for many other kinds of equipment that you want to keep up and running when the power fails or hiccups. I bought two of them for a college dorm's wi-fi equipment. One UPS powers a cable modem and wi-fi router, and the other powers a wi-fi extender. The reason I decided to put these pieces of equipment on battery backup was because all were malfunctioning...

team W: I noticed a number of people leaving negative reviews on this inexpensive UPS, saying that you cannot silence the alarm during a power failure. I decided to get one anyway because the price was right for what I wanted and I figured I could take a drill to the speaker just like the other guy said.

But when it arrived today I was pleasantly surprised. It appears the design of the product has changed since those reviews were written. Because it now says -- right on the front page of the instructions -- press power button twice rapidly (within 2 seconds) and the UPS will beep twice letting you know that the power alarm function has been disabled. Do the same thing again and you will get one beep to turn it back on. I can confirm that this does work as stated, because I unplugged it after silencing the alarm and it didn't make a sound.

This is a really key feature as anybody who has one of these things can tell you. I just replaced a couple of the kind where you couldn't permanently disable the alarm, and so every time there was a power outage, even in the middle of the night, I had these damn things beeping all over the house (my computer, my...
