MI: This arrived over three weeks early! It is very well made. The fit is perfect and the material is quality.
The wind cannot whip it up or make any noise as there are no loose ends. It is form fitted but easy to install on air unit.
AND as promised, it is a few inches short at bottom to allow some air flow so rust/mold is avoided, which is unsightly and expensive to replace. This is important.
Also important is keeping snow/ice off the fan blades to avoid that weight from bending blades which then wobble, make noise and is expensive to replace.
This is a necessity, a money saver and well worth the cost.

J. Sorensen: It would be literally impossible for it to fit any better. All I had to do was enter the model number. The velcro strap is nice and maybe it's just because of the design of my particular condenser, but the strap is perfectly located to take advantage of the shape of the unit. My only complaint is that the bottom edge isn't finished. It's cut perfectly straight but it would make the whole thing seem more finished if the seam was finished (see what I did there?). Kind of spendy to be missing that final touch. Can't speak at all to it's durability at this point.
