Amazon Customer: Think I got a return as it came with an open hardware bag with only the two bolts. Would be a 5 star but I had to run out for the nuts and washers so the time savings I was hoping for were lost!

jawan: Looks and fits great only problem that occurred is that it’s missing a needed bolt to install, I had to go to the local hardware and buy a bolt and lock nut that should have been with the kit. Besides that the box was completely tore up, I know that’s not the sellers fault but the shipping company messed it up good.

Danner: I like the ball end of this coupler. However, the back end is not so great when used with a Curt 48610 channel and the included bolts... it is rather sloppy. The holes are oversized and the back of the 25330 coupler is narrower than the inside of the 48610 channel.

Amazon Customer: Easy to install, holes matched perfectly, fit perfectly in my 3” channel. I had to persuade it a bit since the pintle hitch that came off bent the channel in a tad. Fast install with pneumatic impact wrench. Could probably use a impact drill like Dewalt, but would need to have a matching deep socket. All in all a great bargain and a good product. Hooks to the ball easily.
