RJ Kayser: I use these as extra reinforcement for my squat rack uprights. They are slightly smaller in diameter than the pins I have for my squat rack. They lock into place which is great and are long enough to fit through both sides of the upright. For the record, the uprights I have are the AmStaff fitness deluxe squat stands.
