Cody C.: Reading this book as a teacher has brought me back to the principles that pulled me into teaching from the beginning. I admit that the professional struggles I have faced in my career have left me jaded at times, but this book serves as the perfect reminder of the impact that educators can have on their kids and their colleagues.
I read this book as part of a study with my colleagues, and the discussion prompted by this book led us to some incredible conversation and reinvestment in one another and our school.
A wonderful book overall that I cannot recommend enough!

Jojo: If you have read Kids these days by Dr. Jody Carrington, you will also want to pick up this book. I found this book to have great ideas to implement into a school or classroom. From principal to custodian everyone in a school community is a leader. I enjoyed the refelctive questions at the end of each chapter. I would recommend this book to any teacher administrator and school division employee.
