A. Jenkins: This is our favorite water faucet filter! This is our second one. We had one, and it broke. So in trying to save time, I bought a PUR, and it made our water taste even worse. So I found this and purchased it. I will never buy another brand. And I hope Culligan keeps making this filter and replacements.

Mel: The filter is fine but My light no longer flashes even though the battery has been replaced. Also it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone to talk to and see if I can get a replacement.

Fred P.: This model-FM-100 is great improvement over, FM-15A. I used the FM-15A for years and always had difficulty unscrewing filter for replacement. Now this FM-100 is better designed and easier to unscrew for replacement filter. It works great with easy flow of water. Recommend this Filter highly.
