Beach life: I have to eat gluten free and have very limited on the foods I can eat. This makes wraps, crepes, pizzelles cookies. The quality of this product is outstanding and cooks extremely fast. This is an absolute must for any kitchen regardless of your food limitations. Cuisinart certainly knows how to make kitchen appliances. I plan to purchase their Air Fryer next.

Maggie: Although I end up returning the product, I do really like product, it's very easy to clean and very easy to make crepe for breakfast or dessert. It only take 1 and half min to make one crepe. Heat it pretty even , once in a while, you might have a crepe not fully rounded because the maker just somehow didn't press the whole circle, not sure, but it not a big deal. I was looking for a maker to make a very very thin crepe, I would say tho crepe maker make certain thickness to it and personally I think it's too thick for dessert, if breakfast and cheese is good. So I did tried putting me crepe batter maybe to make a thinner ones, but I was wrong, if you put less batter, it won't even be fully rounded crepes, instead it kinda small, not round and burn on the edge crepe . And if you put too much batter, of cuz , it squeeze out the extra batter around the maker and it just a mess, I suggest to put a pizza paper borad or sth under so you can clean up easier.
Also I would say the thickness is about 0.5 to 0.6cm, and the maker edge have a 0.4cm tall round it so to make crepe round it. If that make sense.

SuzSuz: Need I say more? Mille crepe cake for Christmas dinner....@soundry777 opened Christmas morning, 11:30 am. Absolutely fabulous! Alton Brown blender recipe, I prefer Jacques Pepin/Julia. A TINY bit wonky, top "lid" should be more stable/seated, but I'm nitpicking, and it paid for itself when he made the cake!!! Better than Lady M's!!!!! Seriously! It flattens out into a double griddle, so I would buy this for kids at college, first home, newlyweds. It's fun, easy, handy, does more than one thing, easy clean and storage, and you get GREAT results; pretty perfect to add to any kitchen.

Elizabeth Carter: Pros: I'd been looking for an electric pizzelle press with removable plates for awhile. This works really well and the recipe book that comes with it has a really tasty pizzelle recipe in it, plus the design on the plates is nicely detailed.

Cons: Like other similar appliances I own, it doesn't heat evenly. The pizzelle plates do 3 pizzelles at a time in a triangle. On mine, the top pizzelle always takes a little longer to cook than the other two. And, once, it turned itself off.

But, otherwise, I'm *very* happy with this purchase and have made several really tasty batches of pizzelles with this convenient appliance.
