Lorraine Adams: I have always used a hand grater to shred vegetables and cheese but never again. This machine will save you a lot of time and effort. I am a senior and have never owned a food processor. What was I thinking? Love this machine.

Amazon Customer: This is a beautiful piece of equipment and very heavy. It is very simple to use having only two buttons and it powers through everything you can put in it. I have tried many processors but still go back to Cuisinart, I presently have three food processors all cuisinart and bought this one for our farm where it will be put through its paces feeding 10-12 people a day.

JV: I got this for my girlfriend who loves to bake. I know nothing about cooking but she tells me that it is great because of the large capacity it holds and how quickly it chops stuff up compared to her old food processor. Personally, I have noticed how much quieter it is than her old unit was. I am very happy with this purchase since I’m the primary benefactor of all of the cookies and goodies that she makes with it. If you’re looking to get your lady something nice that you both can enjoy then look no further!

sd: This is my first Cuisinart food processor and it's a refurbished model! Cannot tell it's a refurb--looks new and works well. I use it mostly for making pie crusts, pesto, peanut butter, and hummus so I'm considered a light user. Still, I enjoy the ease of use, easy clean up (I wash parts by hand), and high powered unit. I researched food processors for a couple of years and after watching YouTube videos and reading ratings, I finally settled on this unit. So happy I did!

J.Sanchez: I’ve had this over a month now and I really love it. As the title reads, I got this for nut butter and it’s amazing!!!! I don’t feel bad at all for leaving it on extended periods of time cause it can take it.

My next conquest will be pesto and homemade butter.

It’s a beautiful piece to have out on the counter (I got the copper color) which is great because this thing is heavy! Definitely not something you would want to have to pull out from under the counter and put away again. I don’t have much counter space, so I’m glad that the footprint on this processor is not very big. The bottom also seems to suction cup to the counter (there aren’t any suction cups, it’s just the weight that holds down the rubber feet) so it’s very sturdy, and won’t wobble or move when in use.

My dishwasher takes care of the mess on the blades and other materials and nothing has dulled or become cloudy. This is a great food processor and a great investment. Highly recommend!
