Package included 1 each of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7.5 and 10 lb weight.
High quality and 1st Velcro strap I found long enough for “Bigger” ankles!
If you want set of 2 of each weights will need to order 2 of this package or the larger set.
But with weight amounts included you can double up some smaller weights to equal 4-5 pounds etc.
Will work perfectly for my needs!

Abbram: How easier for you to move 11,5 kg how confortable it is. It could be better to fasten it. I use it to kick or maintain the leg high with it and for legs rises. I bought one. I give it five stars because in the market there is nothing else (i didn't find it), only 5 kg. Looking the price only 90 euros would be five stars.

peticrocodile: Contact agréable, lisse et ne chauffe pas du tout même après un gros effort.
Ces poids bougent un peu sur mes poignets qui ne doivent pas être assez épais : 16 cm maximum sur la zone concernée. Ils bougent aussi un peu sur mes chevilles mais peu : 23 cm au maximum de tour de cheville.
Le poids est exact, 230 g chacun.
Discret sous un jean pour la marche, je les oublie complètement.
La très grande longueur de scratch permet de les adapter par-dessus un pantalon par exemple.

Tigris tigris: Keine Frage: Die Qualität der Manschetten stimmt. Sie unterstützen mein Krafttraining jetzt seit mehreren Monaten und weisen keinerlei Erschöpfungserscheinungen auf - ganz anders als ich nach dem Workout. Zudem sieht die Farbe einfach toll aus, das muss ich am Rande einfach erwähnen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das sehr feste Material sticht mit seinen Außenkanten in die Haut - egal wie ich die Manschetten befestige. Das ist aushaltbar und kein Grund, dass ich sie nicht immer wieder kaufen würde - nach längerem Training wird es aber doch ein bisschen schmerzhaft.

Update: Habe mir jetzt die Ausführung in 6,8 kg bestellt. Erstaunlicherweise sind diese deutlich weicher und angenehmer am Bein als die leichteren Vorgänger (3,6 kg).
