hmewrdbd: Ok, so I am an 80 year old wuss who needs extra cushion for floor exercises. This definitely provides the cushion and comfort I need, BUT rolled up it is more than twice the size of a traditional exercise mat. I feel like I'm carrying around a sleeping bag! However, given that at my age, image is not important when compared to comfort this works. I doesn't appear to be the best quality, machine cut edges are rough and rather "ragged" so I don't know how well it will hold up. The thickness (this is a trade off for extra cushioning) makes it less stable for standing exercises, but I just step off the mat and onto the floor if it feels too unsteady. Not sure I'd order again, but serves the purpose for now
Also, it did come with a carrying strap, but it is WAY too loose! I had to knot the lateral strap and still too loose, so I just carry it under my arm. At least the circular straps keep it from unrolling.

J Atkinson: Brilliant mat, a little thicker than some but serves the purpose better and more comfortable for floor exercises. This came highly recommended by my fitness instructor.

Julieta Ramirez Garcia: Está buenísimo si lo que buscas es algo que te ayude a amortiguar articulaciones y así para hacer ejercicios no necesariamente de yoga, lo que sí en posiciones o ejercicios donde necesito estabilidad en mis manos o equilibrio no lo recomiendo ya que lo acolchado no permite que quedes firme. Espero sirva de ayuda.
