J. Carrier: Cressi has always been a great name in diving apparel and these booties are no exception. Terrific comfort and ease of use. I assume the zippers will be as durable as previous ones I've purchased. Since much of my use is over crushed coral (sharp and rough!), I will withhold judgement on durability until longer field tests, though not many soles on wading shoes can withstand such a harsh environment.

Honey’s Reviews: Exactly what I needed and what I expected, but someone needs to make booties that do not become loose or fall off when using them in ocean or pool without fins. They fit my feet perfectly, but are not tight enough around ankle/calf area and I have thicker ankle/calf area so I could only imagine how loose they’re around someone with a smaller lower leg.

Cord Kirshner RN: Pros. Well made given its price point. Pretty good protection for mostly sandy conditions. They fit legacy ScubsPro jet fins size Large (i.e., the design used by some commercial, military and recreational divers.)
Cons. This model is a “relaxed fit” designed to fit just about every foot and ankle width. It’s true to size in terms of foot length but it runs wide. Those wearing a size D shoe will find these loose. It’s also extremely loose around the ankle. Not a problem in temperate waters but it does create considerable drag when kicking.
Bottom Line. I needed booties for a warm water diving trip that fit the small foot pocket of size Large ScubaPro Jet fins with a spring strap. These satisfied the short term need but are not a long-term solution.
The hunt for well fitting booties that fit a size Large Jet fin continues …

Kim S: Used for a 2-week kayaking expedition on Vancouver Island. They kept my feet warm and held up well even with the sharp barnacles/rocks I encountered. Size up to accommodate neoprene socks. I also love the grip on the sole and the zipper. Simply the best!

Amazon User: 3mm I find is ok for the summer weather for cold water swims at temperatures between 7 & 8°C. I might have to purchase some scuba socks during the colder months.
Be sure to wash in-between the zippers as sand granules can get caught and cause the zipper to come down during your swims. This happened once for me but hasn't since I've been checking after every rinse.

Vince: This review is for the Cressi Minorca Long, Black/Black, US Man 9 Boots!
They rock! I use them for windsurfing and paddleboarding in Atlantic Canada. They are plenty warm enough that I was able to go out waist deep in May. Air temperature about 15 degrees C, water somewhere between 8-12 degrees C (estimated). Didn't even feel cold!
The soles are sturdy rubber and hold up to walking to and from the beach on pavement. They also did not do any damage to my EVA deck like other reviewers said might happen. The reinforced toe is great for avoiding damage and injury in the rocks and seaweed, especially if you fall in a lot like me!
I wear a 9-10 US mens shoe. MY loose skate shoes are a 10. I ordered a 9 in these and they fit perfectly.
They aren't waterproof. They are neoprene like a wetsuit. The water inside them warms up and insulates you from the environment. I tuck the bottom of my wetsuit over them and it works well.
