Sammi Smith: I bought this for a work function. I made infused water and had to plastic wrap the top on while the water infused. The top doesn’t screw on. Once there is ice in it, it is weighed down. Overall, very nice dispenser. Good quality

A Thomas: I bought 3 of these for a wedding reception so I didn’t have time to play roulette and return them for another one that might be damaged also.
3 out of 3 were damaged in some way. Crazy glue and acetone that normally repairs plastic, will glue pieces back together but then make the clear material foggy.
Attempting to “buff out” the areas I damaged by gluing them then scratched thus fogging up larger areas.
I’m not going to return any of these because they were still useable but I won’t buy anymore either. They should sell the parts separately because of this.
My advice. If you need one for a party. Order it ASAP so you have time to send it back if damaged. Don’t use anything except for a soft, non-abrasive dishcloth, dishwashing liquid and water on it. Or it will scratch it up and look bad for your party. Also keep the box to store with lots of bubble wrap.
I have now heard that they make clear acrylic safe crazy glue that isn’t supposed to damage the look. So, hopefully that will help you.

David Francis: I purchased the Triton dispenser for a party I was hosting and was very pleased with it. It was easy to assemble and operate. There were three things about this that prevented me from giving it 5 stars, though.

First was the icecolumn -- you can put ice in the ice column to keep your drink cold without watering it down, and that worked quite well. If you didn't want to put ice in it, however, it would be quite buoyant and try to float out of the drink. As it's attached to the top lid of the dispenser and that lid doesn't screw down, that makes the lid pop off as well. This is really only an issue if you want to use the infuser, which fits around the ice column. Otherwise, you can unscrew the ice column and not use it at all.

Second was the proximity of the infuser to the spigot inside the dispenser. If you have any smaller fruit that makes it through the slats in the infuser (i.e. bits of strawberry), there is very little clearance between the plastic infuser and the spigot so those bits may block the liquid from getting through. This can be fixed by taking the top off and moving the ice column/infuser away from the spigot temporarily.
