NeenieChick: I used this awesome book to make Artist Trading Cards. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy these are to cut, especially since I have carpal tunnel, and how well arranged the subject matter is. The outlines around the images are really helpful, too. The only thing I might change is to have some more face/people imagery and to make the pages a bit thicker because they are delicate and could tear easily if not careful. I think the thinness is what makes them easy to cut, though, so as long as I’m careful, I’m all good. Highly recommend this book for those who want an almost endless supply of creativity and inspiration!

Barata: I wouldn't call myself a begginer in collaging and scrapbooking, but this book is a great introduction. Besides a high quality print, very diverse images, it has instructions on how to proceed collaging, works from other artists with detailed descriptions as inspiration, and even images to collage onto (landscapes, celebrities, etc). Such a good price for a really good product

MagdalenaMagdalena: I’ve seen lots of people recommending this book, so I got it. The first one, unluckily arrived damaged and with printing issues, where one page was absolutely unusable. Sent it back, and immediately got another one sent. Second one arrives - again, a printing issue. Am I unlucky or the defected books are sold on the internet hoping that people won’t notice? Hmm. Food for thoughts. Can’t send this one back again as it’s a gift and need it now - I guess this time the printing defect is not too bad and just one image is affected. Nice images, but review carefully when it arrived as the book can have some issues.

Kehara: I don't even know where to begin! There's a reason this book is one of the most popular-if not the most popular cut & collage book out there. It has every subject you could want, in varying sizes.
I do artist trading cards, and many of these images (not all) are perfect sizes or can be trimmed down to fit.
One thing I dislike is that this book doesn't come with a downloadable PDF like many other collage books do. When working with papercrafts resizing images sometimes is important-actually, most of the time it is. There's also the chance you mess up the card you're working on and want to restart it. It happens to everyone at some point!
All in all, love this book & would repurchase over and over, just wish it had a PDF as well!

Edith Blaind-Pascaut: L'ouvrage est intéressant dommage qu'il soit en anglais et petit regret les couleurs de certaines images ne sont pas belles. Les exemples sont un peu grands obligé de les photographier pour réduire à un format 21X27. Néanmoins je vais m'arranger.

Aisling D.: I ordered this to see why it's so popular and see if I could solve the mystery of why it's apparently out of print.
Well, it's popular because it's magnificent. The paper quality is astonishingly good, and very heavy. In fact, it's heavier than any art book I own.
The images are varied and fun and fantastical, too.
Everything about this book is impressive.
I'm wondering if it's out of print because some images may have been copyrighted, or could be disputed. Some graphics in the book are definitely more recent than the usual date when works become public domain.
So, I'm glad I own this.
But... there SO much about this book that I love, I don't want to cut it up. Even to make art. And frankly, I'd have to break the binding even to scan some of the images.
I'm trying to get past my foibles, but - for now - this book sits in my bookcase where I can take it off the shelf and admire it regularly.
I applaud the author and the amount of work it took to create this book. It's top quality, and truly unique in the field.
