DD: The media could not be loaded. Updated review: After watching a couple videos on how to use this, I learned the problem in my original review was because it was not connected properly. (There were no instructions on how to connect it.) After fixing that, the press worked great. It doesn't heat all the to the edge so I wish I had gotten a larger one. This is good for small projects.
Original: Do not buy this! It arrived today completely useless. It is making a continuous high pitched sound and the temperature gauge flashes. The press will not heat. There is no contact information for manufacture and the website listed on the box does not exist. I purchased this on Prime Day for 25% off. All Amazon will do is refund my money and I would have to purchase another one at full price. This is very frustrating.

Megan Thoma: I've had this machine for over two years and am overall very glad that I got it . . . but, if I were to buy another machine, I'd probably get a different one.
My biggest issues are with things being secure. I find that the bolt that connects to the top plat to the handle constantly comes loose, and once or twice, the panel has fallen off. This is pretty darn dangerous considering how hot these plates get. That bolt is really hard to get to, so despite best efforts, I haven't been able to get it permanently tight and regularly manually twist it as tight as I can each time I use the machine.
My other big issue is with the cords. The power cord is just way too close to the press and gets in the way. The cord being so short is also a problem. There is a plastic screw-in piece that goes into the metal base and the cord goes through. That piece has just come out, and I've been unsuccessful in screwing it back in or affixing it in any way. (I've tried to address some of these wire/plastic issues with that moldable plastic you can use to repair wires, the the heat of the press turns that stuff to goo and it gets on my shirts.) The biggest issue though is that some wiring is...

Natasha G: Okay so I've had this heat press for a little over a month now. I have pressed probably 200 shirts, both vinyl and sublimation. When I first got it I felt like an idiot when I realized the high pitched squeal this thing was making was because I didn't have the cords attached tightly to the back of the machine. After I fixed that the press worked great! It was so easy to use. Lately, like the last week, it seems as if it's slipping with pressure. I'll press the shirt but then when I go to release it's almost like it's locked. Or it'll be set to a good level, press a shirt and everything is fine, then the next one I do I can't shut the thing becuase the pressure is set so high without me even touching the pressure knob thing. Overall I love it for the money. I haven't had any issues with any thing breaking as I've seen some reviews mention. I do believe this is a good entry-level press and I knew that buying it I'd eventually need to upgrade once I got my shop up and going. For now though it does what I need it to. As far as how it does I can't complain. My shirts come out looking great!

Bochco: The media could not be loaded. We purchased this heat press because we have a new grandbaby and are excited to make special shirts, towels and other personalized crafts for him. This heat press was right in our price range and was perfectly sized. We didn’t want anything large and bulky that we couldn’t easily move from space to space in the house.
Upon opening, we discovered it was properly packaged to prevent damage in shipment. It was in its original cardboard box, surrounded by form-fitting Styrofoam with plenty of protective air gaps. This box was then put inside a larger box by Amazon with additional protective paper cushioning. No damage was detected even though the package has some weight. Well done!
I pulled the press out of the box, pulled off the plastic and set it on the counter where we were going to use it. There are instructions included, however they are slightly lacking. It was easy enough to figure out, but I’ve added a product demonstration video that will hopefully clear up any operational questions and help you understand how to properly use it.
I ensured that the pressure setting of the press was set to provide a firm squeeze. This is...

Charmaine: Once I figured out that there was a back attachment, this works so good! And it’s easy to use. It is a smaller size, which I knew when I bought it, but it is lighter weight where I can carry it in another room if I want. I mean, it’s still heavy but not as heavy as others. Def recommend!
