Create Delicious Homemade Ice Cream with Nostalgia's Double-Flavored Electric Bucket Ice Cream Maker

Anonymous A: I have had this ice cream maker since July 2021. And the only problem I have with it is that the lid fell off of the metal container when I took something out of the freezer. And the lid cracked into many small pieces. This means I can only use one side of the ice cream maker now. Because the star shaped lid is what helps hold the mixer part stable while the metal tube spins the ice cream. I looked online and a replacement lid costs $5. But they are sold out. They are also sold out of the metal tube. I imagine that's because they would be unable to spin the ice cream if they got dented bad enough. Moral of the story, when I get the lid replaced finally, I definitely won't be storing my ice cream inside the metal tub with the plastic lid on it. I will immediately put it into another container. Other than that I really like the ice cream maker.

BubsMom: I'm so pleased I bought this I've used it twice already. I was able to make two different flavors at once. But, the best part is I can use just one churn if I want to. It's easy to use and cleans up nicely.

Terry hoskins: the is so awesome, i can make a ton of ice cream in less then a couple of hours , but i do not recommend the ice cream recipes in the book NO there not good at all you need to google recipes or if you have your own way better one of the wooden slats came out when i pulled it out of the box but i glued it back nothing to worry about , but i am completely happy with this product its well worth the money thank you

F. CF. C: The media could not be loaded.  It is a decent machine. I can make 8qt of ice cream in one go. Do have a lot of small ice cubes or crushed ice and lots of salt handy. I think I used two large ziploc back worth of small ice cubes and quite a bit of salt. Didn't measure how much salt.
The build of the bucket is sad though, I have loose boards. They should just make it a plastic bucket and call it a day. The drain hole on the side is annoying and not helpful, at least include a plug.

goaty friends: Works good . It should have a plastic liner in the tub. Not sure on how the boards are going , Make sure you dried the inside well when you are done.

Gloydean J Jobson: I bought 5 of them for Christmas gifts for my children. They all love it. Only issue was there wasn’t instructions with it and one of them had a cracked cover. But nostalgia took great care of me and sent a new cover right out.
