Guillaine Barre: I was looking forward to receiving what I thought would be a reference and recipe book for platters and boards. Each chapter begins with a 2 page photo of a platter or board. However, too many have the title in a large font covering the image. Otherwise it is well organized with some interesting ideas and recipes. I believe the authors are so used to doing platters and boards that they forgot that readers might be interested in seeing the examples clearly as patterns and guides for their own displays. Otherwise this book would have rated 5 stars.
