JL: So the first one we got was broken down the side, so that was an epic fail and we need to return it. The second one we got was absolutely perfect. Was easy to set up and it’s beautiful at night time. I love the lights everything is perfect on it, it does however require a lot of water and if you live in a climate that has a lot of heat and humidity it will require a lot of distilled water on a daily basis to keep it filled. Just FYI we were unaware when we bought it on how much water it actually required. However, it’s very nice and tranquil so I feel that the water is worth paying for just have that peace of mind , your Zen moment

mgaddy: I want to give a 5 star review to both the fountain and the customer service at Alpine Corporation. Let's start with the fountain. I bought 5 fountains trying to find the right one and returned them all but this one. It's got a great design. It's made well, sounds great and the lighting is perfect. I did have a problem with it having a defect in material. I contacted Alpine directly and the representative, Patty Cua, handled my issue. Never in my dealing with a problem item has it been handled this well. Their customer service is amazing! And the representative as well! I highly recommend this fountain!

Lou: Looks good now its working but i had to spend another £60 on outside sockets/cable etc because the wires are only a meter long tops, also one of the plugs is very bulky so i can't close the socket cover to make it water tight, the wires have sealed units both ends so you can't extend them either.. And one of my bulbs doesn't work so 3 stars. Would be 5 if they put a bit more thought into the wiring.

Annette: I absolutely ❤️ this fountain, its beautiful!!! The water flow is perfect, easy to assemble & compliments my patio area. However, I waited a few weeks to write a review, hoping the fountain I received would have no defects. So far, the pump has stopped working ... one light has gone out ... there is a small crack in the bottom & the fountain leaks ... the back cover was cracked upon arrival & does not fit properly. More often than not, when I turn on the fountain there is an odor which repels from the fountain (unsure where this comes from). I contacted Alpine directly & spoke to Shandelle, she was very pleasant over the phone & responded to my e-mails promptly. I did have to provide proof of the defects. Pictures and a small video was sent in by email. Once received, Shandelle requested a replacement fountain sent out to me to cover the defected one. Even though the first purchase was defected, I absolutely love the waterfall fountain and will rate the original purchase a 5 because it deserves it. I would most definitely order from Alpine again. The product and customer service is 💯. You will not be disappointed ... order yours today!

Fountain head: The pump was missing and so was the transformer for the LED lights. They sent me the pump, still waiting for the transformer. Other than that the fountain looks great and has nice sound to it.

SDRSDR: This fountain is easy to set up and recycles the water with a pump so all you need is an outlet for the pump and lights which have separate cords/plugs. I opted not to use the lights in the fountain and instead placed a solar spotlight on it to highlight the garden at night. The fountain sits in an alcove garden next to my deck and the sound is very relaxing, not too loud. I am a petite 65 year old and was able to unpack it and install it myself in about an hour. It is not too heavy to carry as it is a composite material which looks like stone. It is heavy enough to stand alone in the garden without worrying that it will fall over. Be sure to place it on a level surface. I added a non-toxic fountain maintenance liquid to the water to control algae and you do have to run it during the day to keep the water moving and clear. I will drain it in the winter so it doesn't freeze here in NY winter. I have received so many compliments on this fountain. I am very happy with it. It has been set up for several months working well.

You can even purchase your colours of your fountain to touch up if it where ever surface damaged or if you wish to give it a yearly lacquer coat to keep your fountain looking its best its all available to order online direct or over the phone I had to get in touch with customer services with my purchase but what a straight forward job my mi d was at ease right the way through no hanging on a phone line for 20 mins before an answer to be moved to another dept non of that sorted out there and then what a great customer service experience
My dislikes not one single thing I cannot make a comment on one thing that is not positive about alpine corperation I would highly recommend this company and a huge thankyou to Jamie for his help many many thanks jamie
