I purchased it, but am not convinced that pills this big really get broken down all that well in the digestive system. (I remember seeing a study about really big vitamins that did not). Anyway, I have them now, and I don’t want to waste my money, but probably won’t purchase these again unless something amazing starts happening… I had wanted to ask if anyone had tried breaking them up into pieces for possibly better absorption, but as it is, I’ve been taking 2 a day as they are. I haven’t really been working out consistently enough at this point to tell a major difference, the results I am seeing may or may not have anything to do with these. Again, it’s not like I’ve been hitting the gym prior to these enough to have a ‘before taking these pills’ to compare it to, but I have taken a powder form of Creatine in the past successfully and had thought if these DO work as well that it would be more convenient to have the pills than the powder. These really are huge as far as pills go, but I guess I’m not one that is terribly bothered by that part, I just don’t like the idea of it just...

I only use 2 a day every day to ensure my creatine in my body we stay and not wean away specially since I'm vegan for 35 years
I have increased my muscle size over 2 years and not lost any muscle at all at age 62 thought really i feel 28
Taking those pills will make you look like you gained weight on a scale but it's not a true weight
I think this is a great product for anyone that wants to at least keep the muscle they have
You gotta work out while taking this to help with muscle growth

RCadi: I started using this product about a year ago and just used two capsules daily. I had read an article in Mens Health that said a small dose of creatine helps older guys retain muscle mass. After about 8 months of that, I upped my dosage to four pills and then six (the recommended dosage). I've seen real results with each increase and didn't experience bloating or upset stomach like I have with some creatine supplements. I take two with each meal. I like the gel pills, the others are too hard to swallow. Good product.

Gene: I have been weight training for the past 5-6 years and am now a certified PT. When I first got introduced to creatine, I started with this product. Noticed some significant physique changes as well as a boost in my strength and endurance. After about a year of use, I took a few months off from creatine. When I started taking it again, I decided to try another brand. I stuck with that brand for almost a half year and had no complaints. I decided to switch back to this brand to see if it made a difference and lo and behold it did. It wasn’t the biggest jump in strength, but I PR’d on all my lifts for the first time in a year.

I take 2 before a workout with a banana and Genius Pre Non-Stim preworkout and 1 more post workout (with food). I am a big water drinker but if you are not, I highly suggest upping your water intake and taking these pills with some carbohydrate for best results. Don’t forget to work hard and rest hard and I swear the combo of all these things will lead to big gains!

ScottScott: I opened a new bottle of this a couple of months after I purchased this in August 2021, and saw numerous small yellow spots on the tablets. Not sure whether safe to consume? Think I will bin it, not worth the risks!
