jkelley: It's not some ultra quiet, 50 gallon, wheeled compressor that you would fined in a high end garage, but it handles any air tool you need. It being on the smaller side means it has to refill more often, but it also means its more portable, and when you cant drive your truck up to the site, one less thing thats a pain in the a to carry is nice. The power consumption is alright if youre working off a generator. The price was pretty good too, considering a 25' hose is $30 by itself normally. Plus you get a few useful attachments with it.

JCDJCD: Really like the setup and promise of low-maintenance. I bought the device to air up my tires solely, and may use it occasionally to blow my deck or garage clean of debris. I used it today for the first time and the instructions were clear. My main beef is with the quality of the air hose and the air hose nozzle - they really aren’t designed for any real “duty”. Sure enough, the tire inflation gadget failed on first try - sticking in the “open” position as the picture illustrates.

Dudeguy: As I mentioned in previous reviews, I recently downsized and ended having an online auction company come into my house and wiped me out of so many tools that I wasn't ready to part with. Unfortunately, on the day they came to categorize my stuff, I was sick in bed with a high fever and was unable to oversee what they ended up auctioning off. Two of the items that were auctioned off were both of my air compressors. I find air compressors great to have around as you never know when you're going to walk out to your vehicle only to see a flat tire. So I decided to invest in a new air compressor but one with all the necessary hoses and accessories. It gives me great peace of mind that I will end up stranded in my garage with a flat tire. I'm very happy with the model I chose especially since it comes with all the necessary accessories. I do wish it had wheels but I couldn't find a model with wheels and all the necessary accessories. To be honest, I kinda get confused with air compressors that don't include all the accessories. I'm not a mechanic so I didn't need a compressor that I would use on a daily basis. This Craftsman model basically has everything I need and...

s71: I relied very much on other peoples' review and was not disappointed. It's my first 'Craftsman' tool / product and happy so far. I also like the bright red colour - it shouldn't matter but it does ;). Much better than my now dead 'Mastercraft' compressor. Perfect for lighter-weight tasks such as 18g guns. If you're planning to build a deck with a full size 3+" firing nail gun and time is critical maybe look elsewhere as it has limited capacity for consecutive nailing - but it can cope if you're patient. Easy to haul around. Price is spot on!

E.T.: I'm so pleased I bought this compressor. It's as good as any other comparable 6 gallon pancake style compressor with the big names and the price tags to go with them. I love the two attachments on it. I've used a nail gun and a stapler at the same time. I've used it now several times to do baseboards and other work around the house and it's fantastic. Never runs out of pressure on me. Refills in less than a minute when it runs below 120/125. Easy to maneuver and carry around. The attachments it comes with are ok, especially the hose, but that's not what you're buying if you ask me. If you use once and a while, they're great. If you're going to use it more often, then for $30-$40 bucks you can buy a nice 50 foot rubber hose and you will have a great set up for doing just about anything. I highly recommend this air compressor.
