AbcAbc: In general I’m satisfied with the product.
Pros: works as advertised. Relatively easy installation. Upper box looks really good for the most part (see below)
Cons: woodwork was a bit orange, expected a more natural wood color from the product photos. Sound was a bit on the tinny side. The one I had before had a noticeably better sound.

siehomme: We are very happy with the doorbell; it fits well in our 1920's Italian Villa style home. Though made of resin, it does not have a cheap look. Not terribly easy to install, even for an electrician, but doable. The bell is pleasant if a little quiet. We had a problem with our first order, and the company graciously sent us a new one as a replacement. Recommended.
