OSCAR HINCAPIEOSCAR HINCAPIE: Purchased this mini freezer to have in our garage for extra frozen foods. After unboxing it, I was about to plug it into the wall outlet, but noticed two pins on the electrical plug were bent, and the ground pin broke off completely. I ended up buying a replacement plug at the local hardware store after viewing a few YouTube videos on how to change a plug. It was much easier to change the plug than to go through the hassle of returning the Freezer. It's been plugged in for about three weeks now and the food has remained frozen.

Anchorleg: This freezer is the perfect size for extra freezer storage if you freeze extra meat and garden produce. Simple to operate and at 33X23X21 fits anywhere. The only model with 3 storage baskets. The 4 instead of 5 stars had to do with the seller being iffy over 2 weeks as to whether I would receive it. Apparently freezers are sold out everywhere in the Atlanta area. The seller did always answer promptly and was working with FedEx about the shipping, but hard to tell who was at fault. Regardless, it seems to be a great product, has a year warranty, and I also received a 15% discount for the late delivery.

Pete Fernandes: I am very pleased with my new freezer. It arrived undamaged. The instructions are written in clear english making installation a breeze. To test the unit I placed a gallon of room temperature water in it and set the temperature control to '4' as recommended. Three hours later the water had frozen solid. The unit seems solidly built and I am very pleased with it.
One problem was a delay in delivery due to a FedEx error. On emailing the seller I was surprised to receive a personal phone call from their office in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China ! The lady quickly resolved the problem and I received the freezer in good condition 3 days later. Well deserved 5 star performance !

Darkim: Works well. Have had a few weeks. Like the organizer baskets. Probably won't like defrosting manually. Is compact and fits in a corner easily.

Debbie: It's a little pricey due to the shortage but it works and looks great. It has lots of room. The basket are great. Awesome product ,fits right in my garage.
