Tegan: Terrible pool I would never buy it again Not only have I ordered five different filters but none of them fit contacted the company they have no idea what filters go with them and not only that a week later my pump died do not buy this pool please I contacted the seller numerous times to see if they could send me another pump and they said the only resolution is to drain the pool try it repackage it and send it back absolutely devastating if something goes wrong with your pool do not expect the customer service of the seller to help you another issue is where the pump is you could add another 6 inches of water but you can’t because if you do the pump just over flows everywhere
but it doesn’t matter because the pumps dead
GO WITH INTEX !!!!! I HAVE ALWAYS USED THOSE POOLS AND NO ISSUES JUST THOUGHT WE WOULD TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT AS I LIKED THE LOOK . BIG MISTAKE !!! Buyer beware

Stag42867Stag42867: We had an inflatable pool, lasted all of about two weeks before it popped. So I didn’t want to go that route again. I wanted something that had a little bit of depth to it as well. But I only had about 10’ to spare for a pool. I couldn’t find a 8’ or 10’ that was deep enough for what I wanted until I found this one. I could have gone with a 10’ one but I wanted a little extra room on the patio so I went with the 8’ one. I wish it was just a little deeper but I am very happy with this one. It definitely does the job, looks like it’ll last a few seasons, and I love how when the summer ends I can just pack it back up and put it away. We put down those foam tiles on the cement and those make for an awesome base. The pump tho, it doesn’t really do anything at all. It’s extremely weak for the size pool that’s for sure. I highly recommend ordering a bigger stronger pump/filter. I got this for $99 at the end of this season and it was the best $99 I’ve spent in a long time!

Johnny Robert Escobar: Everything was great, until it leaked. It was a manufacture leak. Company would have replaced it but they were out of stock so instead we got our money back. I would buy again.

AJ: Spend more money if you want a better quality pool. We just put up the pool for the first time last week and the pump motor has already burned out. It was scorching hit on the bottom of the unit and stopped filtering water so now the pool is filthy. I contacted customer service and they said because it's been over the 90 purchase period, they will not do anything to replace the filter. We had a super long spring and I ordered it early so we could actually get one before summer and they would cost more and be out of stock. Bad choice and horrible customer service. This $160 product should last longer than 2 weeks! Do not buy from a company that wont stand behind their product more than 4 months and only used a handful of times.

Shelley Kennedy: Disgusted that Amazon would allow such poor quality products to be sold … a pool that doesn’t hold water… leaked in spots around the bottom seam and around the pump bulkhead…from day 1…
2 weeks later - water is now gushing out from around the bottom drain.
Not happy that customers have to be the ones vetting products/vendors. Pile of plastic garbage to go to the dump. Confidence in ordering anything now is shot. Please pull this product from the site and do QC.
