I have used several types and brands of creatine. Never been a fan of mono hydrate due to the greediness and bloating I would get. Switched to blends and finally to hcl which I should have done a long time ago. No negative side effects and great absorption rate. Have been using this brand for a little over a year now and will continue to. The flavor is not good drinking it alone but I mix it with my hydration or aminos and it’s good to go.

You can normally just dump a scoop of this stuff in your mouth and go. Don't do that with this. This stuff is super concentrated and will leave a strong Nast taste in your mouth until you drink something. Mixed its pretty good.
