LakeMead Jim: First time user of this pasta and it was great. Super fresh tasting - just like homemade. I usually make my own past but don't have time always and this gives a similar experience when I cant make it myself. Highly recommend. Not much breakage from shipping - well packed.

🌈 KT: Just had these tonite in a crawfish, shrimp, mushroom cream sauce w/white pepper, cayenne, and Hungarian paprika. It was fantastic.
The cream was about 2/3 heavy cream with 1/3 Lactaid milk. The noodles soaked it right up and became thick, tasty sauce-suckers but didn't feel soggy themselves. So easy to stab a noodle then a tail or shrimp. Despite putting on quite a bit of sauce, there was almost not enough to dip the crusty garlic bread in.
When you get a noodle that can absorb a thick sauce w/o becoming mushy or soggy, it's a keeper. This stuff has gone on my shopping list.
