EE: The umbrella has been reliable in wind and heavy rain, large size provides good coverage. The open/close mechanism jammed and a spoke broke after about a year and the vendor sent out a replacement that same day. Unfortunately the replacement jammed after a few months, and again a replacement arrived quickly. They definitely honor the promise of lifetime warranty. Hoping this one holds up as I do like the umbrella.

Amazon Customer: I bought this umbrella before the pandemic to take to New Orleans, but then Covid-19 came and I never had the chance to take it to New Orleans two years later. Unfortunately, someone took mine when I accidentally left it hanging at a bar (and I didn’t leave it long). What a bummer…no other umbrella ever measured up. So, I bought another one and plan to take it to Ireland with me!
