Happy customerHappy customer: This little bbq is the perfect size for compact spaces. It is small enough to fit in our truck camper storage yet large enough to easily fit whatever we are cooking. (Great for a couple or small family) the security latch is the only thing that is very poorly constructed. It is really quite useless so we just sewed an elastic cord to fit snuggly around it for transport. Other than that this is constructed well, fairly heavy duty materieals and works as it should

The Wild Greek: Took this thing out to the lake. Bought it as a mobile option for the boat (WHEN ON SHORE.... i see you legal folks). Assembly was crazy easy. Well packaged. Sharp crisp RED. Bought a generic bag for it that holds 2 tanks with it. Regulator pops in and out easy enough. Spark model works alright. HARD to start in breezy conditions. We cooked 12 chicken legs in 1 go and 3 pacakages of brats in 1 go. Kinda surprised what fits in 105 sq-inches. (TWSS)

Few things I wish I knew. 1) those 1lb tanks need to be colder/cool or they will cause problems lighting the grill. Always bring a couple and DO NOT rely on just 1 tank. Store in shade 2) Really wish they made a liner that fits over the aluminum colored drip tray. I tried yoshimat, it didnt fit nice. Drip tray works but it looks like hell already. Its a grill, but you know what I mean. Would be nice to pull a liner out and clean it on the fly so the drippings dont soak into the bag, etc. 3) I am tempted to try finding the griddle and pan attachments for the older model and see IF they fit. Would be nice to have those types of accessories. IDK if they will work or not. Have them on order.

Lynda: J'ai suivi les instructions du fabricant (huile sur la surface) pour préparer le gril avant de faire cuire mes côtelettes de porc. Comme il n'y a pas de thermomètre, il est difficile de vérifier la température idéale pour démarrer la cuisson. La surface antiadhésive a tendance à faire bouillir la viande si le morceau est situé sur la partie entièrement recouverte d'enduit antiadhésif. Il faut donc placer les morceaux en périphérie. La chaleur semble inégale. De plus, j'ai dû m'y reprendre à cinq reprises avant que l'allumage s'active. En revanche, c'est un gril facile à nettoyer. Le ramassage-gouttes est très bien conçu, mais les rebords sont très coupants. Je m'y suis coupé un doigt en le lavant. La grille de cuisson elle-même se lave plutôt bien à l'éponge après l'avoir laisser trempée dans l'eau savonneuse. Après un seul usage, j'ai constaté un petit éclat sur la surface antiadhésive. En d'autres termes, après un usage du gril de 15 minutes, l'enduit antiadhésif a commencé à se détériorer. Enfin, le système de détenteur est correct, mais apparaît plus ou moins sécuritaire. gak48: Wanted a small portable grill to take to Florida for a long vacation. Bought this unit after reading all the reviews. Bottom line: well worth the money. It grills nicely, is portable and sturdy, and is a trusted brand name. Some bullet points to consider.

Portable - Yes. Had an old canvas carrier that I used to transport it along with a couple of small propane tanks. I balked at spending the $30 for the customized Coleman bag, but will probably ask for that as a Christmas gift.
Lightweight - Not really. It weighs 11 lbs., but to me that translates into a sturdy unit.
Grilling Experience - Has settings of low, medium and high. Can't imagine why you would need anything other than low. I grill my steak well done and it only takes about 20 minutes at the most - much faster than my patio grill at home. You have to stay close by and turn the meat frequently to avoid charring.
Clean Up - Grease pan cleans up nicely. Is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is sufficient. Grill surface does get baked on material that doesn't all come off. Dishwasher option is nice, but get most of the material removed before then. Hey, it's a grill and it's not going to be shiny very...

KYBGG: Living in a condo with storage space at a premium, we needed something compact but fully functional. After reading the reviews, we decided this grill was exactly what we needed. It has a surprisingly large grilling area, very adequate for cooking for a couple or small family. Assembly was minimal (screw on legs), the propane line connection snapped into place easily, it started on the first click and almost immediately I could feel the heat rolling out. I grilled chicken and never set it past Medium heat, which was very adequate. I loved the fact that unlike the other portable tabletop by Coleman, this has a lid that is domed to be able to cook in true grill-like fashion with the lid closed for faster cooking. The chicken cooked quickly, had nice sear marks on each side and was juicy and delicious. A great trial for this little grill!

I appreciate the fact that the bottom drip pan is designed to come out for easy cleaning. The grill and drip pan fit in a kitchen sink for soaking or washing. Because of another review with a dire warning about the extremely sharp edges on the drip pan, I was very concerned and that was the first thing I checked as I inspected the grill. I...
