Allegra McWilliams: Works as it is advertised to do! Haven't had it long but, everything I have "cooked", and subsequently warmed up for my leftovers the next day, were superb. I consider this a major appliance purchase and am so far thrilled with it's functionality! It holds the correct temp and makes my food smell delicious! I am able to poach my eggs gently, crisp up my bacon to my preferred crunchiness, serve it hot and delicious! Highly recommend!

Andrew Macleod: Love this microwave, but a precaution, plug it into the wall and don't plug into a power tower or ext cord. I did the first time and it shut off the power tower. Since then, works perfect, no problems

Michael A: Lots of room inside, lots of power. It will beep several times repeatedly if you forget something after heating it. The only negative I found was the touch pad is not very sensitive and seems slow to accept input, but that isn't a problem worth knocking off a star. Might even be a good feature to prevent accidentally turning it on.

WanderQWanderQ: The media could not be loaded.  I bought this to replace a button-based model, and here's what I know after having used this for several months:

*Pros
1) Quick and easy to set temp and time. My last microwave took anywhere between 5-10 separate button presses to set power level and cook time; if I pressed the wrong thing, I had to clear and do it all over again. This model is just two turns of a dial, at the most, regardless of what temp or time I want.

2) Power level can be adjusted without stopping the microwave. In addition to reheating tea and leftovers, I do a lot of legit cooking in this - things like rice, quinoa, polenta, potatoes for mashing. That can call for longer, lower cooking times and I love being able to adjust power level at any time without resetting.

3) It's just one quick pleasant "ding" when done. My old digital microwave had 5 piercing beeps that persisted even if I opened the door on the first beep; if not opened, it beeps again. Personally, I don't need such a persistent reminder, especially if I happen to be on a call (I work from home, so this happens more often for me now). I often found myself racing to my previous...

Lionel MoriseLionel Morise: Haven't really had time to extensively use the product (but it did arrive all in one piece). My issue was with the recorded dimensions for the product. According to the diagram (as of June 2021) the microwave is 21" wide by 16.75" tall and 11.5" from front to back. This is not accurate! It is actually 16.75" from front to back and only 11.5" tall. Luckily I was able to adjust the space it was going into but still extremely annoying that the measurements were wrong and I had to change where it would be located. Additionally, the measurements in the Technical Details section read "40.13 x 53.34 x 29.21 cm" but they don't indicate what each measurement is for (ie: H, W, D).
