Nick C: I did not recognize this brand, but decided to take a chance based on the numerous positive reviews out on Amazon. This turned out to be a great purchase for a mini-microwave that does what a big one would. We had limited counter-space and this worked perfectly for our needs of a device that is used only to warm up plates and leftoevers. My initial fear was due to the size it would not fit a "standard" dinner plate, but it does (barely) ! Food gets warmed up quickly and efficiently.

All the basic functions are there, it's quick and easy to start things up. Interface is easy to read and use. It's quiet in operation and it also can be muted so if you want a quiet snack and not wake up the baby or whatever, this is a nice feature I have not seen often on a microwave. There is a turntable on it also, so it will do the same things a bigger microwave would. Look-wise it's modern and attractive.

So if all you are looking for is a small microwave that won't take too much counter space, look no further. This one is a no-brainer.

Amazon Customer: I'm really enjoying this little Comfee microwave. It replaced a 17 year old Sharp Micro/Convection which took up a large footprint on my counter. I donated it to someone in my apartment building because it likely had another 17 years left in it. The Comfee, although small, is still plenty big for what I ended up using my Sharp for ... sad but true. Because I must begin to size down now this was a good start & I hope this will serve me well for the next 10 years or more before I end up in a nursing home with a partition wall made of a curtain!!! It seems to work well for heating up water for tea, a plate of leftovers for lunch or dinner & I've adjusted nicely to it's compact little size. I really love it so far.

Amazon Customer: This is the worst microwave I have ever had. From the moment we received it, it was disappointing to the point where we thought it was broken and returned it asking for a new one. Even after receiving a brand new version of this microwave from the company it still worked horribly so the product itself should be recalled and the production and sales of it should be stopped immediately.

This microwave takes an average of 7 minutes to heat up a simple bowl of food (liquid or solid) and even after that the food itself is only lukewarm.
Not only is this an absolute disgrace of a product this is a complete waste of time when heating up/making food. By the time you heat up a second dish, the first dish is already cold again, and since the microwave is too small to fit anything than a medium sized plate, you could see how this is a never ending loop which only result in complete and utter disappointment and inconvenience to the customer and a shameful representation for a company on Amazon.
I suggest Amazon themselves to look into this vendor and seriously investigate the rest of their products. I have never in my life spent time and money on a product I...
