B Somms: Finally! My wife found a pair of hiking boots she likes. Tried them on in a store, didn’t have her size, bought from Amazon. Took them for their maiden voyage and all I heard the whole time was how comfortable they were. They seem to be very well made, and the best part is the color scheme. Most women’s hiking boots have ugly pinks and purples in them which she doesn’t care for. Cant wait to go on more adventures now with a happy booted wife.

Jane Austin: I bought these for my daughter who works at a plant shop and spends a lot of time on her feet. She LOVES these boots! They are completely waterproof when she has to water plants and give her all the support she needs. She says her feet never hurt and is talking me into getting a pair. The only complaint she has is that the shoelaces untie quite easily. She has the green ones, and they are beautiful as well.

ZeeZee: I bought these shoes for my vacation to Scotland and I have to say I was extremely pleased with them. They were sturdy and the grip was perfect for hiking. But i have to say that the thing that made me love these boots the most is that I got stuck in the rain due to a hurricane and my socks never got wet!!! The isides of the shoes remained dry. The area near the Fairy Pools was extremely muddy and these shoes gave me enough grip not to slip.
Definitely worth the purchase.

Get half size bigger, it'll make it more comfortable when you're wearing thick socks

K. Heaney: I normally wear a size 10 shoe. These I got in a 10.5 as some customers said they run small. Glad I did because had I purchased size 10, with thick socks they'd be too snug in the toe area.
I wanted a decent pair of lightweight, waterproof hikers with a rugged tread; these fit the bill. They are comfortable right out of the box and look great. The cushioning/arch support is fine, but I always need more so I bought extra arch supports and now the boots are perfect for me.
Very happy with this purchase!

schaefer502: I was worried when purchasing the lighter color, because I thought a bunch of dirt would show, but they are surprisingly easy to clean, and honestly, not much dirt or dust kicked up on them in the first place. I was able to wipe off anything non-liquid with my hand and the rest came off with some water and a towel. The shoes took some breaking in... My first hike with them hurt one of my ankles a bit, but it was hot out, so I didn't have thick socks on. They were fine after that first time, but probably not great for summer/spring use. They are super thick on the bottom too, so you can't really grip or feel the earth like you would with a smaller hiking shoe, but I love them! They definitely stopped me from slipping on some rocks and whatnot. They are just as pictured. Great for horseback riding too!

Se supone que te aconsejan hormar (caminar) tus zapatos antes de usarlos para que no te molesten, pero con Columbia me atrevo a decir que te puedes saltar ese paso. Pidan su talla, corren perfecto. Yo soy 7.5 americano, 24.5 mexicano

Lindsey: I bought them last minute for trekking in Iceland because my old boots burst at the sole so I had no chance to break them in. I wore them for 6 days straight, 14 hours a day and I got very painful blisters on my little toes. After 5 days I developed blisters on the sides of my big toes too which I suspect was from trying to keep my weight off my little toes. Maybe if I'd had a chance to break them in it would have been different? As it was, I couldn't wait to get them off my feet.
My heels and ankles were fine (they usually blister) and there's plenty of padding inside. Good ankle support and they kept my feet dry and warm the whole time.
They do seem like good, well made boots. I just had an unfortunate experience with them.
