Monte F.Monte F.: I'm sure these mirrors will fit many different autos but they have a tendency to slip off on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The frames on the Jeeps side mirrors are not parallel and the forward side of the mirrors are convex and tapered. I solved this by adding key rings to the upper and lower arms of the extension mirrors and hooking a bungee to them. See the photos. With the bungee in place I don't have to ratchet the straps down nears as much as without the bungee. Just finished a 2700 mile trip. Mirrors are so solid they never moved. Very little vibration. I hit them several times while cleaning the windshield. My wife and I both ran into them by accident. Still never moved or needed adjustment. Based on what others have said I expect the straps to break in a couple of years. Replacement straps shouldn't cost as much as a new mirror. If the company would offer replacement parts, especially the straps, at a reasonable price I would give them 5 stars. One more note. Once I had them mounted, I applied some black RTV silicone to the four points on each mirror where the ratchet straps attach to the short straps. When I release the tension on the straps to remove them, everything comes off...

JSSussex: Bought these to replace my slightly short mirrors. These work way better. Easy on and off and they have a better coverage because of the slightly curved wide-angle lens. The lever tension clamps make them securely attaché to the Traverse's mirrors.

amazon loveramazon lover: The mirror fits my 2007 Toyota 4Runner well. Solid fit. After 5 seasons (WI) the flexible rubber on 2 of the 4 straps failed within days of each other. The replacement straps cost $38 and a new mirror $39. Would give 5 stars, but I guess 5 years longevity isn’t 5-star worthy. I will buy the same mirrors to replace them.

Fort Wayne: The mirrors got us the wide extension we needed for highway use. Both mirrors are slightly convex, meaning objects appear smaller than they are, and objects are a bit distorted, one mirror more than the other. The strapping, once it is snug, stays in place and has never moved but until you start getting it snug, it has a tendency to come unattached from the mirror arm. Now that I have used them a number of times, I'm getting better at getting them attached quicker the first time.

I purchased a pair of these for my 2023 Colorado since custom-fit ones aren't available. You have to fiddle a bit on the clips to get it to fit well, but once you do, they fit well. Because of the slope of the back of the mirror, you will need to get the straps "just so" to get them to fit without danger of slipping. For me, the top of the bracket was as far towards the door as it could go, while the bottom slightly farther away, with maybe an inch gap from the door-side edge of the mirror.

The strap mechanism seems to work well. The ratchet to tighten is easy to do, and the release is also a snap. On a short 2-hour haul with my trailer, I found the mirrors to be solid, slip-free, and there was very little vibration...there was very little "Jell-O" in the image, even at highway speeds. The mirrors themselves have a slight convex shape like a normal passenger-side mirror to increase the field of view. As a bonus, they didn't seem to interfere too much with the blindspot cameras on the underside of mirror.

Roger T.: Good quality but difficult to hold all the components/pieces together from falling apart to the ground before enough ratcheting tension prevents loose strap connecting points from easily undoing (4 strap connectors are a weak click-together design). Too much time/finnesse to get it to piggy-back onto my nissan frontier mirror body while straps threaten to disconnect; but once tightened in place, they work great! I have a chunky hockey puck shaped blind-spot sensor that helps stop straps from vibrating off while driving. If you don't have a bulky sensor housing at the end of your factory mirrors, these mirrors would slowly slide off sideways while driving if your side mirrors taper outword like cat eyes ( like my nissan frontier has). They vibrate a wee bit while driving on expressway, over bumps, etc... but you can still see vehicles clearly dispite minor wobbling. I'd buy them again if lost or stolen.

Wink: We got them so we can improve visibility while towing our new caravan. They should do the job. A bit fidgety to install but fit tightly.
