James S. Bordelon: These are great glasses for use over regular eyeglasses. I have gone through several pair that suffered extreme use and keep buying more. The only negative is that the hinge pins rust out and fail over time due to exposure to sweat. Make these pins from a more durable material and they would be perfect.

Glenn McM: I wear wire-framed aviator style glasses with medium-sized lenses. This product is certainly too small to fit over them. But they appear to be well-built and are so comfortable without glasses that I'm keeping them to loan to visitors in the shop.

Gnome66: Great product. I didn’t think they would be even close. I actually forget they are on. Sure saves my lenses on my daily glasses.

Joseph: Ok for wearing on the highway. Bit clumsy looking and heavy, ( because you wear them over eyeglasses) would feel strange wearing them in crowded traffic, people would be staring for sure.
Gets the job done for reducing glare and headlight blindness from oncoming traffic in the night time and also good in snowy / foggy conditions

oyobass: I ordered these for bike riding to fit over and protect my expensive prescription glasses. These shades are a little larger than I was hoping for, but not too bad. plenty of extra room. My glasses are about 5" wide and 1.25" tall. The inside dimensions of the Escort shades are about 5.75" by 1.5".
I bought them to have eye protection when riding after dark. They replace the economy lab-type-fits-over-RX safety glasses MSA Safety Works 817691 Over Economical Safety Glasses, Clear
that work well, but look even geekier than these. The Escort shades actually look kind of cool in a Bono from U2/hipster kind of way with the big black frames and bright yellow lenses.
While they were not primarily designed to keep the wind out of your eyes, that is the primary reason I bought them. for that task they score a 3 out of 5. In fact I resorted to mod-ing them slightly, sanding off a bit of the frame where it contacts the forehead/eyebrow area in order to fit them closer to my face. The mod seemed to work well on the commute home yesterday. I rode in to work with them this morning, and they did pretty well in 32F temperature, until I got into a pea soup type fog, but...

TanisHack: I bought these because my eyes are extremely sensitive to the sunlight. I didn't need to wear them over prescription glasses, I just wanted total surround UV protection. My second reason was to be able to view my laptop by my pool - most sunglasses are too dark which make viewing the screen difficult in sunlight.
I am small framed person and these glasses fit perfectly. I do not wear any other glasses with them, so I cannot attest to whether or not they fit well over other glasses. My guess is that wide framed glasses would not be a comfortable fit under these.
The bonus with these sunglasses is that they are excellent saftey glasses while doing any outdoor work. I have many pair of saftey glasses; most fall down my nose and need constant adjusting. These, on the other hand, fit my face well enough to actually provide good protection; they stay on tight and are comfortable to wear.
In summary, while these are not my Tori Birch sunglasses (which is why my rating is 4 stars vs 5), they provide excellent sun and work safety protection, fit well and keep vision 'bright' in cloudy conditions, too. You can't beat the price for that.

Kurt: These Global Vision Escort sunglasses got many good reviews, so I ordered a couple (yellow and gray). They fit over my glasses nicely and are surprisingly comfortable.
The yellow makes the world look much brighter! But your eyes adjust and it seems to help lessen the glare of sunshine. And curiously, they do not make my brain change colors (when I take them off, the world is not purple!). They will make a beautiful blue sky look washed out greenish blue, like an old faded color photo.
The gray makes me feel like I cannot see quite as sharp, which really bothers me. I suppose that's "normal" but I found it unacceptable.
While these GV's have a small peripheral window, I found it was not suitable for riding a bike or hiking where I need to see everything around me. I picked up a pair of wrap-around amber Solar Shields at WalMart for $20, and the peripheral vision on those is excellent. Plus they look almost cool.
If you want these GV sunglasses for indoor safety use, they would be quite acceptable, I think (and I think many of the reviews have that use in mind).

Olephu: I got these because they meet the ANSI standards so I could use them at the range but I was kind of disappointed that they didn't fit better. Now, I have an average sized face and wear oval wire-framed glasses that aren't that big. The frames fit comfortably inside the sunglasses and the Escort was comfortable under my Micky Mouse ears (hearing protectors). They fit tight above my eyebrows and fairly tight against the sides BUT there was almost a 1/2" between the bottom of the Escort and my cheek. I would have thought they would be a little closer because there is the possibility that a casing could fit through that space. Over all I am okay with the sunglasses but I may cut some rubber tubing and put it on the bottom edge to close the gap a little. With the yellow tint, it seems like the targets stand out better and the lenses don't fog up like some I have tried. I got 2 pair so I use the other pair for driving and mountain biking and they work fine for that. Would I buy another pair? Knowing what I know now and considering the price, probably but maybe not for shooting.
By the way, Amazon packaged them well and got them to me in 2 days.
