Christian Cowher: I'm not one to typically write a review. This product was well packaged. Everything was neatly and smartly stored within the headboard. Very little wasted space and easy to unpack. The installation instructions leave a little to be desired as they show pieces that don't exist. However through trial and error I was able to assemble successfully. The frame is well designed and very sturdy. Overall a great product for the price.

Jeremiah: I must say that this is the worst product I have ever bought. So expensive and useless. It keeps falling apart after assembling, I and my wife sleep on it, and sometimes at night it just falls apart. We are not even up to 150kg combined. No one should say I did not couple it well because I have been using this for over 6 months and I keep coupling it with the instructions, now I have given up and the mattress is just on the floor.
This is too painful for me to handle because it's an expensive one and it breaks my heart that it is just consuming space and not doing its job.

Kara Lokrantz: Shipping was fast, received within 10 days of ordering. I put it together on my own and while a little labor intensive, I had few problems. Instructions were easy to follow. Once I noticed that one of the side supports was damaged, I called the customer service team and they were very helpful in sending me a replacement. The wood slats did not have a way for me to secure them to the frame, which was concerning at first. However, I have not experienced any issues with the slats shifting. The frame feels solid, though the headboard piece wobbles when the bed is moved. In fairness, this could be because of how I assembled, but it does make me a little nervous. The frame has a new, freshly unpackaged factory smell that is slowly going away after a month of being put together, but was very strong for the first two weeks. Overall, my husband and I are very pleased with the product and with the customer service team.

billy : This bed arrived 3 days earlier than expected. It was so easy to assemble that my 8 year old daughter was able to help on her own. I was worried as a lot of reviews said it was hard to assemble, as I now see that must have been written by unintelligent people.
The bed is super sturdy as there are double crossmembers that add extra support for the wood slats.
So in closing, arrived early. Easy to assemble. Super sturdy. And looks really good.

GcastroGcastro: Exactly what we needed. First off...bed bugs hatch in 6-10 days. If people start getting bites 2 and 3 months later...you may want to check your other beds.
Now I was surprised at the secret zipper in the back. So cool. I know my son will love that. My husband and I are not little people and that bed didn't move! It is very sturdy if you actually tighten the screws and bolts. Directions are super simple. You will need a small drill or powerful electric screwdriver to properly secure the slats. Directions are simple and I did it myself in about 45 minutes. The color was dark gray just as expected. Does it smell?? Well yes a little but it was made in a factory and shipped in layers of plastic, styrofoam and cardboard, last I checked those are not odorless. Spray it with febreze and let it air out. It has been 2 days and the smell is almost gone and I spray it 3 times a day all around and sprayed inside the headboard before I closed it up. Not rocket science. So in conclusion, great value, sturdy, easy to assemble and as described.
And FYI I am super picky about things but also know price equals quality. This one surprised me.

PhyliciaPhylicia: Long story short: the box is heavy. You'll need a second person to move it or to open the box, unzip the headboard and take everything out piece by piece to make the task more manageable, unless you're able to lift nearly 100 pounds with ease.

Everything included: headboard, 4 legs that screw/twist on (2 for the headboard, 2 for the foot board), 4 side pieces (two for left and 2 for the right side respectively), footboard, two stabilizers/legs for the midde (of the left and right side), cross pieces, two allen wrenches (one big, one small), five screws, velcroed slats, instructions

I'm not a great builder (ask my sister; I offered to build her old daybed and completed the task upside down, only to have to undo the whole thing and call my roommate to do it.) Nor am I good with long detailed instructions, however I was boggled when I saw how simple the instructions that were included were. I thought: this can't be it.
