Ben Hendricks: Arrived today and couldn’t wit to try them on. They look and feel just like the ones I wore back in the day nd still just as comfortable. I got the back suede , no signs of wear or any discoloration like I’ve seen in many different pairs.

Alberta Customer: This is a nicely made boot, and one which I was very much looking forward to, especially finding it in the WIDE sizing.
The fit/last is very odd on this one. Wide takes it to about a D width, but the toe is an additional inch longer than necessary. My 11.5 Wide could have easily been labelled accurately as a 12.5 D, or M.
In a padded hiker such as a Merrell Moab 3, a nice spacious toe box with good overall hold is a 12 EE. In a Dunham Cloud, with lining, a 12 X-Wide works out to about a EE, and fits wonderfully. My KEEN San Jose 12 EE UNLINED boots (excepting the toe caps) are extremely spacious in all areas and I'm better with thicker socks, and would have been better for me as an 11.5 EE. None of them crowd my metatarsals. In the Clarks Shacre 11.5 Wide, I was hanging over the edge of the sole both inside of the foot, and outside of the foot, and feeling pain from having the metatarsals squeezed together.
