Torrien: So I’ve only had this wrap for less than 24 hours but it’s very sturdy!! I put it on immediately upon receiving it. I am very happy with it. The wrap is true to size and it gives me great support. I am slim so I often times buy these things and they’re too loose and they don’t give me the support i need because they are too big even when i order a size (s) or (xs). If you’re a slim this is a perfect wrap. It’s hard to find a small wrap for slim girls.

DevonDevon: I used this as additional support after my tummy tuck surgery over top of the one i came home in the hospital in. The one i was sent home in from the hospital had some flexibility to it (it was suppose to be that way), but it gave no back support. My back hurt so bad having to hover over after surgery, but when i added this over top, it relieved the pain significantly.

Hugo C.: la compre pensando en una faja para sudar y que al mismo tiempo me diera un poco de compresión.
Resulta que el material no es exactamente para sudar, esta echa como de lona, si sudas por que no es algodón pero no es específicamente con un material para sudar.
No me gusto que me queda como corta del torzo, digamos aprieta mi cintura pero deja sin compresión la parte del estomago y de mi panza LOL.
en general, buen precio pero quizá valga la pena invertir un poco mas en otra mejor

Dymy: Poor material and really odd fitting. Material is not comfy either and did not fit the way I wanted it too. Didn't end up using it at all because it was a bit of a failed purchase. Don't recommend at all, not worth the money. Also was not really as pictured.

Felecity: I originally purchased this for waist training and to help me debloat on bad days. Lately I've been using it to help when working in a labor intensive position where I am regularly moving 50lbs at a time. Since using this as a lifting belt my sciatica pain has subsided, I have less inflammation in my low back, and my lifting mechanics are greatly improved, I even feel stronger! Buy this if you are a petite female and traditional lifting belts dont fit you comfortably! Ive found it's most comfortable to wear mine over a tank top but under a shirt. I've recommended this to several coworkers because it's that helpful!

Maki Artadi: I regret buying this one.
Below par even for this price point.
Thin and also the band is not wide enough to cover the entire stomach, causing some bulges on the side. The velcro is also painful to the skin.

EpiphanyEpiphany: So, I began my workout journey in maybe July of this year. I began drinking more water and trying to eat a more healthy diet along with exercise. It’s been roughly two months and off that strength I believe I have done well. I order the waist cincher maybe the last week in September just to give it a try. The picture in the gray sweats are right after I took it off from a workout. I do feel like it help to give me that shape when I’m working out. It can become uncomfortable sometimes but nothing unmanageable. I wish it was more waist trainer than sweat belt but it is used really so for exercise than training. I couple this with plastic wrap and heating gel, not sure if it make a difference but if makes me feel better. I do believe that it well help you get that hourglass shape but this is very BEGINNER FRIENDLY. As you lose more weight I do feel like you can use it but eventually it’s time for a new product

Iris: my friend recommended this to me and i LOVE it so far! i have a pretty slim stomach to begin with so my goal with waist training is to define my waist more than anything.

i have a long torso so this waist trainer does not provide full coverage of my stomach. This was okay though because again, my ultimate goal was to DEFINE my waist.

because it’s so supportive and sturdy, this isn’t the type of trainer to work out heavily in, at most a brisk walk. during your walks it’ll definitely make you sweat though.

after realizing this limitation i decided to buy another trainer, which i then learned is actually called a waist *TRIMMER* by “Pink Waist Trimmer Belt by 10xSWEAT” on Amazon for work out purposes only. this is a dupe of the Sweet Sweat band.

I want to see results fast and avoid month long delivery plus shipping costs so I opted out of buying the original Sweet Sweat band off their website. Sweet Sweat is also sold out on Amazon as well.

When i’m not working out with the 10xSWEAT waist trimmer, i plan on wearing this ChongErfi waist trainer all other times except for when I sleep.

Mennah Elonzi: I did not receive the same item that is displayed in images. It only has one extra piece that wraps around whereas the images show two pieces on either side which cross over.

Quite disappointed.
